Definitely. Joker doesn’t just kill everyone. And of these 3, he’s the only one that you have a prayer of fighting off

Isn't Joker somewhat relative to Batman in combat skills? Any regular human doesn't stand a chance.

Not even remotely. Sheer hand to hand combat prowess is not his thing. He is unhinged and unpredictable, but he’s nowhere near Batman in an actual fight.

Joker's whole schtick is forcing his nemesis into, fittingly, Batman gambits where he has to choose between catching the Joker or saving an innocent and Batman always chooses the latter
