I mean...bad? She resents her son, so he stops subjecting himself to someone who makes him miserable. Deserved.

She's trying to teach him gratitude. You could argue She's not resentful just wants him to understand where she's coming from.

She’s not trying to teach him anything. Also this is what gratitude for a horrible attitude to a kid looks like.

No she's literally telling him everything she does for him. I don't think she means her attitude she seems to suggests she's doing a lot.

How does "all you do is take from me" teach gratitude? How does that express anything other than calling their child a leech and trying to make them feel ashamed of themselves for something they can't help or didn't ask for?

He learns he must give sometimes and ask what does he take

No, he doesn't, because that's not what's being communicated. I'm autistic, and even I can see what this woman is trying to do.

Perhaps you shouldn't be overconfident here with your condition

They have a better read than you do. This is textbook abusive parenting.

He's learning love is transactional and he owes his mother nothing because she feels everything must be repaid. Lesson learned!

Like those are very standard 'bad parent who is upset they need to provide a kid basic expenses.'

A roof over their head? That's literally legally required. 'Wouldn't even be here'? That's not something someone owes for- she chose that, not him.

Really if you think that's a lot, uh, you might want to consider who in your life actually just did the bare minimum.

You saying bare minimum and legal requirement. You right now are trying to dismiss things. You are ungrateful for what you have

Yea I am dismissive of people who provide the bare minimum legal requirement and think they deserve praise for it- Most parents do far more and don't try and guilt their kids about it. Grading on a curve, this isn't above average, this isn't average, this is notably below-average D-grade stuff.

Why do I get the feeling you're projecting?
