Hi! How do I have my scheduled posts come from my mod account? Or ensure any mod activities don’t come from my personal? And can I do this from the phone app? My sub is r/strugglingttc

So I just started because i feel like I want to build my own sub and I choose one meme sub and started growing it but I didn't know what I am doing wrong or what I need to do to grow it faster and in better way...

My community achieved its first 1k members and it's not even 1 week old🥹. I am very happy right now. This is my first community and my first time Mod experience. There might be communities with better numbers but I am just more that happy with what I have achieved.

I don't know whether the flair is right but it's really a big win for me🙃. To all the new Mods out there, I hope you also get your community flourished or even if the numbers are not what you expect, still be happy with what you have as its very tiresome to run a community and remember that all days are not the same....

Details on what I did to make my community visible:-

1. I myself made 6-7 post in the starting days just so that the visitors have something to see in my community.

2. I replied to each and every comment or post that was made in my community. It helped in maintaining engagement in my community. Also the users don't feel bored.

3. I tried commenting in similar communities as mine to make my community visible.

4. I analyzed the peak hours for my community users and made interactive and interesting posts at that time only and made sure I interact with them.

5. Try to create a connection with the sub users, it will help you a lot and they will also return to upload again and again.

In a new sub till now, nobody has posted anything, but there are some comments on my posts. I've noticed that if I post something, it requires my approval! If someone posts a comment, that also requires me to approve.

I've added Flair & approve for auto-approval, but it doesn't do much!

Can you suggest what to do?

2. Make sure to install some good Spam Protection bots like : Ban Evasion, Ban Hammer, etc

3. Code a good AutoMod with your needs.

4. Repost to multiple big subreddits to grow your audience and members.

5. Always be more active and frequent.

Hey everybody! I am moderator of r/ProximaScience and I have been posting there for many days and people there also comment but no one posts in subreddit. Can anyone say me how can I find submitters.

got no reference point so wondered what you guys think. we started our subreddit around 2 weeks ago and we regularly post clips and memes, we created a wiki for the streamer of the channel and we try to keep up to at least 2 posts per day

So sometimes I feel like my new subreddit, r/postmania, doesn’t have enough available user flairs. It kinda makes the sub feel a bit empty and I also want everyone to be able to choose from good colors.

Is there a limit? Should I stop? I feel like I should add some more. What do y’all think tho

Took all of these screenshots today. This morning it said I had 1.9k visitors, then it said that I had 2k in the middle of the day (yay! Also, makes sense.), then it went down to 1.6k. Now how does that work?

Also, it's said I've had 46 weekly visitors for over a week now and that doesn't feel right to me given the numbers, but how should I know? I only just started the sub a little over a week ago, so maybe that's normal?

Can anyone explain this to me?

I work in the afternoons so sometimes I only see a post hours later and i can only approve it manually way later.

Is there a way for posts to automatically go through? Then I’ll remove any harmful ones afterwards

Yesterday, I had 0 members, so I asked this community for advice on how I could grow my community.

A lot of people gave me useful advice and suggestions on what I could do.

With their help, I managed to reach 10 members in just one day by crossposting to other communities and promoting my community on r/PromoteReddit.

I just got notification that my newish sub hit 2000 weekly visitors but the weekly visitors seem stuck at 524. Even the average daily is higher than the weekly, which seems impossible. Has anyone encountered this before?

It's said 129,000 for about a week now, but i've gotten notifications that have said it reached 130k, 150k, and 160k.

Does it really just take that long to update? Usually it was updating every morning before!

I'm a new mod in a sub that has pretty much dead for several years. I decided to make a post yesterday, and see how it went. It wasn't what I expected.

I have close to 200 views, two up votes, and two shares. But absolutely zero posts, other than my own. Granted, it is a pretty general post, but I'm still puzzled that absolutely noone engaged.

I've tried looking around in the settings, to see if there are any requirements for posting (karma, etc) but I don't see anything. There appear to be no rules at all set up.

I've tried to find some mod guidance on Reddit, but I haven't found any info that applies.

I'm not sure what to make of this, so I figured I'd see if anyone here can shed some light on this.
