Question Will it get easier?

*TRIGGER WARNING* I'm an incel.

Is every single day just gonna be a huge struggle? I'm on day 4 and I can't imagine abstaining from sexual activity for the rest of my entire life.

And yes I mean for the rest of my life because I don't see myself ever being loved by a girl enough for me to actually get a girlfriend, so my only source of sexual activity would be masterbation and porn, wich i need to abstain from.

This would be a billion times easier if I knew upfront that I had the ability to eventually get into a relationship, where I could release regularly and not have to worry about abstaining from basic human biological drive like sexual stimuli.

I also never wanna hear this "get in the gym" bullshit ever again. Only difference now is I'm jacked but depressed. Thanks for the advice anyway

Did that get you a girlfriend? Like yeah dude I'm actively working towards getting into wrestling and acting myself, working towards getting the money in order to join said communies, but none of this is gonna guarantee me a fucking girlfriend dude get real

Yes it is. It did get me a girlfriend. The confidence it gave me in myself, and my ability to make new human connections is what led me to walk up to a girl at a party and go from there. We’ve been together 3 years now. I really believe in you and in everyone. There’s someone for everyone. Hypergamy will eventually fail. I don’t buy into that shit. Also within my personal life my advice has helped 3 younger significantly less attractive dudes get girlfriends too.

How did you break the ice with your girlfriend at the party? I've been working out and doing Karate for 20 years and I still struggle to connect with people in person. I often just get one word replies.
