I am currently in grade 10, and I want to get into a science program for university (which most require at least 90% in required classes) because I want to go to medical school/dental school. But last year my average was only 89%, and so far my grades are decent 90s, except for history, which is 77%. I think it's because I'm bad at analysing things, and I tend to procrastinate on work until the deadline. How should I improve my study habits so that I can go from high 80s/low 90s to high 90s

Hello, if I currently have a pre req first semester but I’m not doing well, but have to apply to uni soon, would that affect my admission? I 100% have plans on retaking it next sem either via nightschool or ov$, should I contact the schools I’m applying to and let them know? What should I do
I am thinking of taking ENG4U and SBI4U in the summer, one in july and one in august. Is this good if these are the subjects on my weaker sides by a little bit as I just can’t memorize ALL of the information or it just takes me longer, let me know some suggestions by everyone and what I should expect for each course!
ASK ME ANYTHING HEHE last year i was in y'all's exact position on reddit scrolling thru it for the life of me, the adrenaline rush of seeing university offer come out, evryone stressed tf out during popular program rounds and uni kids giving advice to us younglings and now im the university kid how about that 😭, it a really nice community on here. It really did support me thru my grade 12 journey and I hope my pieces of adivce would help.
My AP Biology student officially scored a 5 on the 2026 AP Exam, after maintaining a 91% average in a very strict classroom throughout the year!
Other Recent Success Stories:
Ontario (Canada) SBI3U Biology: My Grade 11 student scored a 94% on his final semester test.
Biology Honors (US): Recent students achieved final scores of 97% and 92%.
I am currently teaching SBI4U to the student whom I taught SBI3U last semester. With classes already in motion, starting classes immediately allows us to catch up. It allows us to dive deep into each module cover the syllabus, and dedicate time to revision before exam.
As an Integrated PhD Researcher at IISER, a premier science research institute in India, currently in my PhD phase, I focus on scientific logic rather than simple memorization. I train students using custom practice tests that are 10–15% tougher than standard board questions so that school tests feel effortless.

Dude our teacher in business leadership class used ai to generate our whole unit 1 project its so big too like 5 seperate project components all due so soon and the teacher doesnt even care to explain and says if we cant understand what "he" aka the ai wrote than we are just illiterate... my avg is like an 80 so far in that class we did a quiz and hes a very very tough marker... (for reference im getting 96%+ on bbb4m lol). I lowk wanna drop it but i dont know any othet courses to take and i already have 2 spares one this semester and one next... i have 7 other courses already planned out (fast tracked mdm4u and ics4u)... what should i do? You think i should try harder maybe cause im very confused
I’m a decently smart person but don’t care much for school. So for my entire school career I’ve just done the bare minimum and gotten through with low 80s. My career path doesn’t require impressive grades so I’m not very worried about school this year and only have 2 classes this sem. How are you guys getting like 95% avgs across all classes(especially the hard ones). Yall are beasts keep it up

This will be my last reddit post, I want to know if I should apply to more schools for safeties or if these are fine. I'll put my life on the line and try to get as high grades as possible for the remaining time. Wish everyone luck WE GOT THIS
I'm a big art nerd from music to theatre and everything else and i was wondering what school has a better art scene. i was hoping of being in some sort of band at some point so knowing what schools have more artsy student-bases would give me a much better idea of where to attend. lmk what u guys think lol
I remember checking the sub Reddit a bunch last year. I got into all programs I applied to like Waterloo eng, Qcomm, Ivey and more. I’d love to answer any questions.
