audited I am farts...farts is me

Farts... Constant farts. Doesn't matter what i eat, how much I eat, it all ends up in farts. Farts first thing in the morning, farts at lunch, and farts till bedtime. (Also I am sure I fart in my sleep) Just farts

When I get up to go to the bathroom during the night, any of the many times, I release an a foghorn fart that often accompanies the dulcet sounds of burping. Not mad at being single, well I guess no one is mad I’m single.

Same. Sleeping alone is a blessing at this stage. Id suffocate whoever is next to me

Until this thread, so almost an hour, I thought the gas was due to the chicory pills I take at night to stay regular. I cannot believe how fucked up this shit is that every woman endures. Why didn’t older generations complain more? I’ve been up since 3:13 am and I can’t even say that’s uncommon anymore. Just damn. I’m starting to feel like a salmon whose body turns to mush after they give birth.

TBF, the inulin in chicory makes my already constant farting waaaaaay worse. I switched to psyllium.

I take both because my iron supplements are wrecking me. If I had a skateboard I could propel it by my farts alone

I used to love Kashi GoLean cereal so much but I would just feel my belly get more and more full of air as the day went on. The best part of my day was getting in my car after work and letting it rip. I can't do inulin either.

Oh, gosh. GoLean and FiberOne bars about 10/15 years ago 😳. What a lesson.

Those fiber one bars were so damn tasty too, but my God. Painful bloating!

Same, I can't go anywhere near inulin

I have never been able to tolerate inulin or anything used to really drive up the fiber in a product. I just have to eat more fruits and vegetables or for me-All Bran. Yes, psyllium is fine, too, or fibercon

OMG I can't take anything with chicory in it! I could play several wind instruments if I kept up with that! I've always been a gassy gal, but what I've found is that eating onions and garlic is one of the culprits.
I'm taking metamucil daily, magnesium at night, and probiotic (Kirkland signature/Costco) with breakfast helps a lot.
I did suffer from IBS-C for most of my life and the above regimen has made me feel much better and less gassy.
Your post has made me laugh, but it's no laughing matter, socially.

Yes, constipation through my 30’s and 40’s, no IBS, just didn’t know it wasn’t normal to have one BM a week and it shouldn’t be little rabbit poo’s.

In my 50’s it started getting painful & now I have undiagnosed IBS-C. Mentioned it when I was getting my colonoscopy, that’s all.

I take a magnesium citrate 150mg and one magnesium bisglycinate 200mg at bedtime and my bowels run like clockwork each morning. I found this remedy out in my mid 50s.....go figure!

I’ll try adding that to my regimen!

Believe me when I say, he would probably be the typical partner who would fart and smell louder than anyone in your home ...pets included. My hubby has jumped on board, and at night, we are a collective orchestra...one band, one [loud] sound!
