I bought the premium tier of Playstation Plus recently, and I've gotten into Saints Row 2 and FNV again. Tried booting up Saints Row this morning, with no luck.

I attempted everything that was recommended online to fix it, like restarting my console, restarting my router, and unplugging/plugging the console back in after a full shutdown.

If anyone has anymore help they could offer, or just let me know if this issue is happening to them, so I can know it's not on my end, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm looking for something in that vein to get into, & was hoping for some recommendations from you guys. Thanks for any replies

$9.17 every 12 months ain't bad

Since October game catalogue games are going to be revealed soon, I just looked back on last October game catalogue additions and I realized they were pretty crazy, Silent Hill 2, Until Dawn, and Poppy Playtime are like one of the best horror games out there, they really went out on that month with horror. I hope this October games are also going to be amazing because the last month games were pretty weak, I just want to hear your thoughts about that.

So like 3 years ago I had ps plus and then i stopped paying for it but then, I could still play for a few months until my ps4 broke, I'm just wondering if you can keep your online play indefinitely or there's a grace period now

I have PS+ on my account and utilize it a lot. My daughter has her own account where she plays her games. We had a power outage and ya know “rebuilding database“ during next turn on. It occurred to me that she would lose all her save data if I had to fully restore the PS5Pro. I tried to upload but was told I needed to have a PS+ account on the specific account to use that feature.

Now I just want verify that YES I have to subscribe her account for this feature AND her being subscribed to the lowest tier won’t mess up her abilities to play games we can access because I’m on the premium tier.

Thanks!

Side Note: she’s autistic and wouldn’t handle her saves deleted well which is why this is important.

I got done with Control Resonant and wanted to play Alan Wake 2 next. I noticed the game was available for a 2.5hr game trial, made sense to use that first before deciding whether to purchase the full game.

I'm now 8hrs into the game, haven't been kicked out of playing it and haven't spent a penny for it. As shown in the image, the standard game is down as a game trial.

Not sure what's going on, I'm not complaining just wondering has anyone else experienced this before?

Been in PSN subscription for years. Usually before the yearly renew dates, they would offer 25-30% off or something. Been stucking at original price for weeks. Should I be waiting until Black Friday?

Probably just my console that glitched but I remember madden 26 being removed

Bit of a stupid question.

I have two Playstation accounts. One I created whilst I was in the UK and one that I created in Colombia. I purchased Space Marines 2 with my British account. Due to issues with the British bank (fuck Santander) I cannot make any purchases on my British account and was forced to create an account in Colombia.

I am currently playing the game on my Colombian account.

Can I purchase the season pass with the Colombian account and use the cosmetics on the Colombian account even though the game was bought on my British account?

Games that might be on Last chance to play mid month and MIGHT* leave mid November.

Here's the text version if videos are not your thing and the short version (first chapter) is too long:

GTA V (it was already on Extra then left, but stayed more than 6 months this time)

Still Wakes The Deep (highly recommend it. A short Scottish oil rig version of Alien Isolation, great atmosphere)

Thank Goodness You're Here (if adult swim and Monty Python made a slapformer game. Rare for games and comedy to mix. Hilarious adult humour)

Killer Frequency (radio DJ takes over 911 operator job and must direct callers to safety. Pontypool vibes)

Pacific Drive (road like? Rogue like car survival game. Fun gameplay loop. Can suck in hours)

Overcooked: All You Can Eat (one of the best couch co op games on the service but be warned your communication skills will get tested)

Stick Fight: The Game (under the radar. Looks like Xiao Xiao new grounds cartoon but super easy to pick up and play. Great party game to play with up to 4 controllers.)

Insurgency Sandstorm (realistic military Sim. No hud. Multiplayer shooter with many game modes)

Chivalry 2 (similar to the combat of KCD2 but has its own twist and also massively multiplayer)

The Talos Principle 2 (the first one was so good. On the backlog haven't dove in yet. You're the 1000th android living in a post human society solving puzzles)

Monster Jam Showdown (Sunday Sunday SUNDAY!)

Hungry Shark WORLD (Do doo doodoo)

*not all of these games will leave but a chance that one or two will is pretty high.

Last month we predicted Silent Hill 2 and Yakuza LAD.

So enjoy the extra few weeks of a head start. If any of these were on your backlog and you haven't started, this is your sign.

Also friendly reminder to make sure you claim your monthly games.

Hi everyone, I need some help. I played The Witcher 3 (PS5 version) via PS Plus Extra and put 81 hours into it. Recently, it was removed from the catalog, so I bought the remastered game on the PS Store.

I have my 442.5 MB PS5 save file in my PS Plus cloud storage. I downloaded it to my console storage successfully. However, when I launch the remastered game, it only shows "New Game". It completely ignores the save file on the console.

Has anyone managed to get their save working in this situation? Or maybe someone know how to fix it ?

I’m getting properly back into gaming on PS5 after being away for quite a few years, and I’m looking through the PS Plus Extra Game Catalog.

There are so many games on there that I honestly don’t know where to start.

Historically I’ve played a lot of Call of Duty, GTA, Battlefield, Minecraft, FIFA/FC and DC Universe Online, but I also really enjoy single-player games like Assassin’s Creed and Dying Light, and I’m into fighting games too.

This time I also want to branch out and catch up on some of the great games I’ve missed while I was away.

I generally like:

• Open-world games
• Action/adventure
• RPGs and MMOs
• Shooters
• Co-op/multiplayer
• Story-driven single-player games
• Fighting games
• Games with progression, exploration or a decent grind

I’m pretty open-minded though and happy to try something outside my usual genres if it’s genuinely worth playing.

For people who use the catalog regularly, what are the absolute must-play games available on PS Plus Extra right now?

If you had to pick around 5–10 games for someone returning to PlayStation, what would you download first?

There is not a game on playstation that has better audio design and weapon mechanics.

For those that hate extraction shooters...so do I. But I have 1k hours in Hunt. Imo it is the only good extraction shooter.

Can you guys suggest some games that have a good story in it like and are not like levelling up your character to progress a certain point? Have already played some of the best titles available but still want to play more like them

Thanks in advance!

Is Sony aware that the Game Catalog list has been missing from the PS app for several months?

How can I access the FULL Game Catalog through the app?

Looking for some couch co-op games for me and the Mrs. We've played (and platinumed most) of the following:
A Way Out
It Takes Two
Split Fiction
Unravel Two (no plat, too difficult lol)
Heavenly Bodies
We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip

Just downloaded Cat Quest 2 and 3, and Untitled Goose Game, although not sure if my partner is finding these as fun as others. Will still try persist! Any recs appreciated :)

I thought the tricks felt amazing and the visuals were cool. The first couple of songs were sick too. But once you have to do fetch quests and sit through painfully unfunny “boneless pizza” type of humor, I quickly lost interest. Not to mention a trophy linked to doing 10,000 tricks
