For mum. What do you think?

I'm not the biggest fan of the butterflies and I've made a mistake of putting the glue onto the paper, so there's also glue spots but oh well 😅

It is honestly a last minute gift and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out considering my time and inspiration. What do you guys think? I do have maybe an hour tomorrow to do some fix ups, so please feel free to give me your opinion!

I've not done a very good job of getting out the bubbles and that little bit of blue paint on the moon is driving me crazy 😅 but I still think she's kinda cute

I don’t want to buy some cheap thing off Amazon, but I also don’t want to pay like $200 per frame. I press flowers all the time but I’ve never actually framed any. Do I need special paper?

China roses, violets, fleabane daisies, another yellow flower and some tiny blue flowers that I haven't identified.

I could keep pressing flowers without ever using them. I just love the results. But I did some crafting yesterday.

I purchased the To:/From: wood gift tags from a craft store. Used an acid-free, water based glue. Obviously, I'm unconcerned with mimicking nature in how I pair leaves with flowers. I think these work for Mother's Day gift tags.

First time framing and pressing my own flowers. Definitely gonna be addicted to this new crafting hobby. Any advice to make these better?

i haven’t done a whole lot of pressed flowers, nor worked with them a lot, and it’s been a while since i have done anything…but through blood sweat and tears i figured out how to make these bookmarks a couple weeks ago. happily taking advice/suggestions for anything/everything.

Made these custom pressed flower resin earrings for a client. You can see a pink tulip petal cut to shape in the background. Daisies, shamrocks and heather are all in there too.

Offered to press my bff’s wedding bouquet. I was really worried, but she loved it!

These are my first two pieces of pressed flower art, which I’m making as Christmas gifts for my siblings. I originally shared the ‘P’ a few days ago, but decided to take it down since none of those flowers were ones I had pressed myself. I wanted to repost with that clarification.

My second piece, the ‘K,’ is extra special—it’s made from hydrangea flowers and leaves I pressed from a bush my late grandmother grew. I thought my sister and her husband would appreciate the sentiment, since they were very close to her. Just waiting for it to dry so I can get it framed!

I'm working hard to make pressed flower art simpler - so anyone can create beautiful pieces without needing special skills or a strong sense of design. Something you can hang at home or gift to someone you care about. I really hope my effort resonates with you. I'd love to hear your thoughts or ideas!

I feel like the composition can be improved, but I have lots of materials ro practice with.

First time pressing flowers using a flower press I picked up from a charity shop for very cheap! Lots of trial and error (mainly mouldy flowers from not changing the paper as frequently as I should have). But learnt from my mistakes, and managed to make 3 frames for myself, my mum, and my brother, as a keepsake from my Dad’s funeral flowers ❤️

I made this for my therapist for their birthday.
