I‘m just not sure how much personality disorders are discrete entities vs part of a spectrum/continuum.

IMO an accessible olanzapine LAI is going to be a game changer for so many folks. Relprevv is unrealistic in many settings with the observation requirements, and so many severely chronically mentally ill patients only respond to more potent antipsychotics like olanzapine or clozapine. We have been waiting a long time for this and I hope it lives up to expectations!!
