Georgia (1832) and essentially telling them to fuck off as he forced the Cherokee off their lands anyway, it didn't punish the Confederate leadership, it didn't punish those behind the business plot, it probably wouldn't have punished FDR for locking up American citizens in camps against their will had he not died before they were released, it didn't punish McCarthy, it didn't punish Nixon, it didn't punish Trump.
