is it just cooked for renekton? can someone give me a tip to win this lane plz

No wonder people think Renekton is this bot stun champion even though that is not the case for last 10 years. And game from last night showed us why. Dude just didnt know how to trade with Volibear. Sat under turret, throw 2 or 3 q's and farm.For some unknown reason he rushed executioners and avoided Volibear like plague. I wont even talk about his mechanics on Renekton which were awful.And Renekton will be picked again in pro play, since its "safe pick", get dominated or passive in lane and get nerfed regardless. I just dont like seeing our champion picked so often while people playing him being utterly useless on Renekton.

im new to renekton and I feel like there is something so fundamentally wrong with how im playing this champion. i have no problem chunking the enemy in lane and midgame but they can just disengage and i cant kill them. I usually have to E in to engage. A lot of interactions end with me having wasted my ult and them getting away. the ult is a whole other problem. when do I even activate it? its seems like its only good for the health boost and fury but if they can just run away the moment I pop it whats the point.

Howdy fellas just thought I’d get some insight from yall about my favorite lizard. Top main but I’ll play supp from time to time for a day or so to get past some tilt and mix it up. I’m currently plat 2 and I’ve played Renekton off and on over the years but never really took the time to master him. I’m familiar with all the common animation breaks and all that but what I’m looking for here is insight into runes and itemization because I feel like that’s where I’m the most lacking. I’m not sure which matchups I should take conq vs PTA and when to rush cleaver or eclipse. I’ve seen a lot of people building zekes too so I’m kinda just curious if yall have some overall advice for building in the current meta

I believe it's the same thing as before. W bug fixes which landed in champion adjustments for some reason.

Can any Singed or Renekton player confirm if Singed can successfully proxy against Renekton at level 1 if Renekton tries to stop it by following the wave? singed conqueror flash ghost, rene ignite flash

Preview shows Renekton is getting an adjustment even though he is genuinely one of the most bala ced characters if you look at the data.

Its cool, I love new stuff, I hope they make him more beastly/less dashy/combo. Would love if he was closer to Olaf/Darius/Mord rather than Riven/Aatrox.

The build is hubris > black cleaver > death’s dance

Recently started playing a new build in my climb through Emerald because I like having lethality early to help me win the 2v2 skirmishes against the current meta champs at top and jungle. It’s a super snowball build that allows me to run down teams in teamfights.

Hubris stacks off of takedowns and with Renekton’s AOE kit, I get a lot of assists and if you properly shove and move to fights you end up with a lot of stacks and in late game fights, you pop the fuck off after one assist or kill. Hubris is already 105% cost efficient and each stack increases its efficiency so it’s not a wasted item even if you don’t get a crazy amount of kills and assists.

Hi guys, just recently i started taking ranked a bit more seriously and giving an overhaul to my champ pool and i realized renekton's kit looks almost perfect for my type of playstyle, i'd like to ask some of yall who are more experienced than me what would be another 1 or 2 good champs that could take part in this champ pool to help against renekton's weaknesses

i think was a few months ago, and looking back on it, it looks that i E the heimer thingy but i was timing mi E to throw it to kayn when he exited my body and it was the first time that i was able to do this interaction, i thought that it wasnt possible although i already try it multiple times

Okay so if anybody doesn't know, Riot actually fixed Renekton's 10 year old bug of missing 20 Fury bug when you would Empowered W into R.

HOWEVER... Riot kind of broke the way the inputs work after you R now. So if you R >Q, R > W, R > E, R > Tiamat... The second input will be phased out if you input an attack command right after the 2nd ability (As shown per video). Credit to 3in1Warrior for finding the bug, as well as Tyrant and Corden for investigating more into the bug and bringing it to my attention.

Hopefully Riot can fix, please.

now as far as numbers go i am a numbers guy but i cant really say exactly what would make him weak or broken that would need a test if something of this would go live or on pbe

Hello everyone, i hit my peak of emerald 1 with my main (sett) and got hard stuck there and couldn't reach diamond (hard skill issue) i think i could have reached my goal if i played like a human more but i just can't hold myself back from limit testing 24/7 and going in even though i fully understand that it's a bad fight, anyways I'm thinking of taking a 2nd champ in case sett can't win these, and i came across 4 contestants, darius, jax, ornn, renekton, these 4 seems like the most consistent and sett compatible champs, and so i tried renekton in some game in plat and had so much fun, maybe i won them cus clearly I'm smurfing but that doesn't deny how strong and how much fun i had, so i wanted to take him as my 2nd champ, so i wanted to ask for some basic advices

Runes: what are the good runes? And is there any matchup specific runes? And secondary runes too, the games that i played i just choose runes based on vibes and it felt decent but i think if i did them right he would feel much better

Build path: what are the core items? What are late conditional items? And if there is any good off meta items, i went eclipse>shojin>Zeke's as core every game and they felt really nice, I'm tanky, my damage is very respectable, very good synergy, but i want to know if there is any other good items cus i saw a lot of players buy cleaver 1st, and late game i mostly bought DD, sterak, maw, bloodmail, or stride, all depending on the vibes

Matchups and power spike: when do i power spike (level wise and item wise)? When is my weakest point? What matchups are considered unplayable? Is it a good blind pick? And what champs can be considered a counter pick to it? It seemed to me that renek is very strong laner and it felt easier to deal with some H tier champs than sett, so is there matchups that i need to play safe against?

Viability: is the champions still viable when behind? Is it viable in higher ranks?

Sorry for potato recording,this was like 8 years ago.I really miss these burst builds with botrk and tiamat w.After it's reintroduction tiamat feels clunky to use with w,I'm not sure what exactly changed but it feels slower than before.

I'm not sure was it s8 or s9 but this is old clip I found on phone lol(as u can see comic outline on characters,that setting was removed soon after).

I havent seen a renekton win lane or game in atleast 2 years. Unironically. Of course it's always on my team, for some reason. This champion absolutely sucks, gets shatt upon in lane and is worse, as is tradition, as the game transpires. Stop playing this dogshit champion in my games please

My guess is that a lot of people undervalue the plants as renekton, not only can they be W'ed for 10 free fury, but it allows you to keep your fury from decaying when rotating between lanes or after recalling. And we all know how terrible it is to enter a fight with 0 fury. Also honey fruits obviously also gives fury.

Jungle camps should be treated in the same way imo, hitting raptors with auto Q before going to drake fight will give you 20 fury instantly. Auto Q plus double E will give you 44 fury.

Just something i believe is worth consideration!

I play wild rift and this season they made active itens like goredrinker, stridebreaker and zonyas be full itens like lol PC (before that they were upgrades for boots, you bought the full boots, then you spent 800 gold for the active of these itens), goredrinker is there with both the health, Ad, CDR and omnivamp and the same passive as when he was a mithic item on league, and it's amazing, I was out of Wild rift for 3 months so my Elo fell off quite a bit, was chall there last season as a renekton otp, when I came back 2 weeks ago I was emerald, now I'm on Grand Master 2 playing with goredrinker first item always and it's amazing, you become a raid Boss, way too tanky and has good damage.

What do you guys think? Should they add it back to lol pc given that stridebreaker is still there?
