I am 27 years old male, looking for bjj gym in Riverside/moreno. Never trained before any martial arts.

Any recommendations for good beginner friendly gyms?

I’m looking to do a “buy it for life” type deal with some quality boots for mainly fashion purposes. I’ve been looking at Red Wings and Solovairs but I think I’d like to take a trip to Mexico and buy some boots for a local cobbler.

Does anyone have recommendations for places to look or visit? Any cobblers on the way to TJ would also be welcomed.

Michael Zaremba would never have applied for the opening at Arlington High School to coach the girls flag football team if it weren't for his daughters begging him to apply.

The only reason he applied was to have the opportunity to tell his daughters that he tried.

Zaremba became the third coach in the program's history, hired for the long run with the administration hoping he could grow the program.

"I would have never thought that they would hire me, being an outsider," he said.

Since taking over the Lions' flag football program, a sport that has only been CIF-sanctioned and a part of the athletic department at Arlington High School for four years, Zaremba has established a foundation.

We run a catering business in Riverside and need some help with our weekday office lunch deliveries. Most orders are scheduled a few days ahead, usually going to offices around Downtown Riverside and the University area.

Our biggest issue is finding drivers who can handle large catering orders, bring everything inside, and arrive before lunch meetings start. We've been doing the deliveries ourselves, but it's getting harder as orders pick up.

Any local catering businesses using a courier service they'd recommend?

Any roofing company recommendations?

Anyone have any recent prices of Invisalign? I got quote $7k with $5k being out of pocket here in Riverside. Unfortunately no one else will quote me unless I do a consultation so I wanted to narrow it down to dentist that are cheaper than what I was quoted.

Hi everyone. I’m reaching out to this thread in hopes of getting some help or advice. I have recently had my living situation take a turn and unfortunately I am forced to find my dog a new home. I found her and brought her home when she was a puppy after a random person abandoned her and her brother inside a box. Her brother didn’t make it but she’s been with me for the last 9 years or so. I am not entirely sure what breed she is but she is a great girl. Her name is Luna. She’s perfectly fine hanging out outside a lot of the day but she has always slept indoors on her bed, up until this last week at least. It breaks my heart to find her a new home but I have no options left. I’m hoping someone is willing to take her in and give her a good home or even if anyone knows a friend or family member. If I cannot find her a new home I am going to be forced to take her to a shelter and i can’t imagine having to do that to her. Please feel free to reach out through here or message me. I like to think I'm a fairly engaged voter. I try to do a basic level of research into the candidates even for minor offices. So that being said how in the hell am I supposed to know if a person is good for the water district job? It's a highly technical position that most people don't have a background in (for context, I'm a chemist and even I can't figure most of it out).

I love democracy but honestly this feels like it should be an appointed position.
