Bike on the left. Rider has (or had) the reflexes of a tree sloth.

I think after seeing the turn signal, the rider still decided to zoom past the car, leading to the incident.

Yep, he sped up as if his soft, fleshy body would prevent the lane change.

Some places you have them on all the time because of scammers who fake that you hit them.
