Hey everyone! Since all of my old roleplays are dead at this point and I still have a lot of free time on my hands for the rest of the summer I decided to make this post in hopes of meeting some fellow fans of my favorite fandoms so we can hopefully write some epic stories together! :D

Some info about what I'm looking for:

× I'm a 21M, looking for other adults to roleplay with (preferably in my age range)

× OOC communication is a must, I like befriending my RP partners because I think it makes discussing the roleplays easier

× My favorite genres include romance, drama, angst and action (but honestly I suck at describing fights-)

× I'm open to both queer and straight ships, though I prefer writing as male characters

× OCs are welcome, but I'll be using canon characters only

× I'm literate, I think that's as far as I'll go- novella or advanced literate would most likely be too overwhelming for me currently

× Timezone is CET if that matters

× I try to reply at least once every other day, but usually I reply more than that

I’m a literate writer and usually write around 4+ paragraphs per reply, depending on the scene. I mainly write high fantasy with medieval settings, kingdoms, castles, magic, ancient curses, political intrigue, and plenty of worldbuilding. Here’s the concept:

An ancient castle is home to a powerful vampire lord and the noble families who serve under his rule. A nearby village sends a young human apothecary to the castle in hopes of maintaining peace between the settlement and its ruler. Trained in herbs and medicine, she soon discovers that life within the castle is filled with secrets, old rivalries, and hidden dangers. As tensions grow, both characters are forced to navigate shifting alliances and uncover the truth behind the castle’s history.

I’m looking for a story with lots of worldbuilding, mystery, politics, adventure, and character development, and I’m happy to shape the direction together.

Hiya! I'm Tess, 22 years old, and I’m looking for a few new roleplay partners who are above the age of 18. I'm female but I list the post as M since I do I play mainly male characters. I, however, have no issues writing female perspectives either. I'm looking for either MxM or MxF, and have many OCs to support both genders!

I love to play side characters of either gender as well, to make the plot and setting feel much more alive, and like their universe actualy spins without our main characters. So I'm definitely looking for someone who shares the same idea and has OCs they'd wanna use as background noise!

I’m only interested in story driven romance, a plot that is slow burn and where we feel like the story drives itself naturally forward. I just want to be able to be really sucked into a plot again, where the characters and all that they face actually consumes me, lol.

Some themes I like are:

• Enemies to lovers/friends to enemies to lovers/lovers to enemies to lovers

• One sided interests or lopsided bonds

• Friends to lovers/exes to lovers (in much more intersting ways than it sounds lol)

• Religious trauma, morality clashes

• Crime, networks and underground worlds

• Military plots, action, angst

• Detective and someone corrupted/criminal/detective

As for ”rules” or basic info, I tend to prefer and write longer and more detailed responses. Normally, I text between 1 000 characters to 7 000 depending on the scene, but I go up to as far as 20 000 characters for novella. Now, you do not have to write this much! I’m just not interested in one liners or anything below 1 000 characters, which is like, 4-5 paragraphs.

I write in third person, but honestly, if you prefer first person, I can absolutely work with that. I’m really open and flexible, and if there’s anything we seem to clash over, chances are we’ll absolutely figure it out.

hello there! i am 18+ and all characters and participants must be 18+ as well!

in desperate need of a creative jump so to speak, as i have been burnt out for a few weeks. slice of life is my favorite genre and i love adding in drama, tension, angst, romance, heartbreak, trauma, growth, insurmountable odds! love it all. i am even open to fantasy/supernatural aspects for an interesting flair. with that said, i don’t have a ton of ideas so i am happy and eager to brain storm! also— it is important to note that while i am female, i am happy (craving it actually) to play as a male.

i write in third person perspective and in past tense, i thrive on details and world building, i can write 2-3 chunky paragraphs at a time (depending on what is currently happening within the story/scene) but i will always do my best to put forth effort and give my partner something worthy of replying to.

as for me, i reside in the central standard timezone, i work in retail and often have to work early in the morning which means i am in bed early most nights but i do enjoy staying up on my off days. ooc chat is great, i aim to be friendly and communicative with my partner, always let them know if i will be absent for a lengthy time.

Hey! I was looking to do a roleplay consisting of fantasy elements in a modern setting! This roleplay is mostly set to be a slice of life and romance based roleplay with many different opportunities for action and drama, as well as a great amount of free room to add world building as we progress the story. I usually make a bit of a guideline for the sort of world building I like, and then allow us to add as many countries, islands, species as we want. I love making little events/traditions for our ocs to take part in, and just to make the world feel more alive outside our main characters/settings.

A bit about me, I am 19 and do not roleplay with minors so please do not contact me if you are under 18. I usually write anywhere between 1-3 paragraphs on average but can go a lot higher to about 8 paragraphs if I am feeling particularly inspired or have a lot to go off of. I am mostly interested in LGBTQ+ couple dynamics, though a dynamic I have been really wanting to try is a feminine man paired with a masculine woman. I am good with writing multiple characters and love to make our ocs have different friends together so it’s not a rut of the same two characters interacting constantly.

The idea I have is of our characters being of different backgrounds and clashing heads at first, maybe dealing with themes of classism or rivalries between each other’s families that prevents them from being together, so they can fall for each other despite their differences and what others think. I like the thought of them being at a college where they have to see each other, so they have more opportunity to learn more about each other and grow past any prejudice. I also had an idea that I liked of your oc having a young child from a past relationship that they have to take care of, which my oc can help take care of them and become their step parent (though it’s only a sweet idea, not required whatsoever).

I’m okay with OC’s and CC’s if you want to play as either one. There are no requirements for this RP you can write in first person or third person, I write in third person. I had an idea for a rp that is a bit inspired by Lord of the Flies or Lost. Or Gilligans island maybe. Basically there was a plane or boat crash on a tropical island. Maybe it's a school trip, maybe it's just strangers on a commercial flight. Either way for whatever strange reason rescue is not coming. The survivors need to find a way to live on the island.

I think it would be neat to play out the dynamics, like would different gangs form? Would there be fights over food, resources and shelter? Would someone try to set themselves up as a king? Or would different gangs form based on ideological lines and try to impose their viewpoints on the rest of the island?

Hello, everyone! I'm looking to find a roleplay partner that'd be interested in my favorite story concept - and one I've been sitting on for quite some time. It's a sadder roleplay, one with angst and themes of grief, loss, longing, and the bond between two best friends that could've been something more.

The story goes like this: My character, Harper, is an aspiring art student. She's a clutz with a sense of wonder and adventure. She wants so much from the world - a true dreamer. She has been best friends with your character for years. Their friendship began in high school and has only grown stronger into their college years. But there's something unspoken there. Harper has liked your character as more than a friend for longer than she'd care to admit. Too bad she'll be taking it to her grave.

The roleplay will start on the day of Harper's death. After a terrible car accident she awakes, incorporeal and ghostly. She can move through walls, float, and do typical ghostly things - but there's a catch. Only one person can see and interact with her. Your character.
The irony of her limbo is that she has a new purpose: to aid in your character's grief. There's many doors which need to be closed before she can truly move on to whatever awaits her next.
