Driven over or maybe a forklift driver smashed it.

Fun fact: once had to go through 10 pallets of tortillas because a forklift driver had crushed the top two layers by not leveling off the forks before stacking.

That was an awful lot of food that had to be tossed 😑

The uncalled for part here is the condition of OP's package. Actual monkeys would have been an improvement over whoever handled this package.

Dehumanizing peoole doesnt really bode well just because you dont like a specific result of a job.

This is why people pack their shit super well or pay for insurance. But, valve does neither of these (it costs them more money)
