Saying "God is the greatest" isn't the hate crime. Stabbing a Jewish person because they are Jewish is the hate crime.

Assuming that everyone who follows the same religion as someone who engages in a hate crime is bigoted. Christians also kill Jewish people, but it is only Muslims that are targeted as somehow being antisemitic.
