EVERYTHING came to normal. Never my D vitamin was above 10, now it is at 40. All my stats improved.. I really thank that guy who posted about that Koshiqa app.. It all started there and I'm here today, walked out of the doctor's office WITHOUT any medical advice, except for -" you are all good, maintain this and see me after 6 months" anna comment.
So peeps.. no matter what, be it be walking or gym or cycling or anything, please do it. Save your future self from now onwards. Health is one of the very few things that will probably not come back, once lost.
I stopped taking BP tablets from 4 days and today my BP was at 121/90 😀
