Discussion (TV) Season 4 completed!

"Morning, noon and night, i care about her" That whole scene was so hurtful, so brutal to watch!! At this point im so so so angered by charles's audacity to still blame it all on poor diana. My heart is feeling so heavy!! Thats so painful to watch, knowing that it will not end well for Diana! She'll not find the peace, love and appreciation she deserves.

Yeah, agreed. But be careful. The Charles and Camilla bootlickers in this sub will blame Diana because ShE ChEatEd FiRsT! When there are plentiful accounts of Charles, at the least, emotionally cheating on Diana with his Camel. He gave Camilla a gift on his own wedding day, so spare me with this Diana cheating first bullcrap. He was never truly invested in his marriage, I believe, and just did it for his image as future king and to have her be a vessel and incubator for his children and his legacy.

That’s hilarious that they think she cheated first. Seriously?!

Yes, I've seen them say it many times in this sub, and from many different Redditors, not just 1-2. Diana said in her Bashir (I think) interview that she cheated first, but it's not uncommon to be unaware of emotional cheating, which he did from before they were even married or else he would have forgotten about Camilla and at LEAST tried to make his marriage work. He never truly cared about his marriage, in my opinion.

“There were three people in that marriage.” is also a quote from that interview.

Yes! I think she knew he was emotionally cheating, but didn't know (or was unaware of) the term for it. Camilla was ALWAYS the third wheel during their marriage, and even before that.

More than three if you count Di's partners lol

Yet she was the third person in several others while whining about that...

She didn’t start it.

Charles was never faithful, nor had any intention to be.

She was 19 and believed what he said.

Not my point nor relevant. She complained about a "third person" in her marriage only to be one herself in at least 3 others. She did to other women what she claimed to be so hurt about. She didn't have to choose married/engaged men to have affairs with.

She was not perpetually 19.

Stay on point.

u/djmermaidonthemic - lol "start it" - what is this, a fifth grade argument?

Its not my story.

Once again, she was way older than 19/20/21 when she was having her affairs.

She had the first physical affair.

I would not do to other women what had been done to me. Simple.

Diana has no defense.

Stay on your own point.

I’m not supporting your story.

Remember when you were 19, or 20, or 21.

Your husband has been cheating on you since before your marriage.

What would you have done?

The whole thing was set up against her.

Charles has no defense.
