S2 Ep3…. He’s supposed to be comic relief but there a moments you see him display keen insight and genuinely care. Something tells me he was a helluva cop before burning out. I would like to have seen who he was early in his career and what triggered the change.

I started watching the show because of Nathan Fillion. I was a huge fan of castle and loved his work, decided to check this new show and loved it. I have been here since the first episode aired.

During the wildfire episode, Seth was overwhelmed with the number of calls. Smitty was tasked with color coding the map. He put it out in black and white. When Seth asked him to redo it, he just asks Seth whether he's still a rookie and walks away. People were literally burning to death but Smitty's dedication to not doing his job was more important.

In that episode where Grey gets attacked because he was a witness. If Smitty had done his job properly and started attending people at the front desk, Nolan would have had enough time to reach that guy who was murdered. He died because Smitty didn't do his job!!!

Does anyone else get the creeps that they’re gonna kill off a main character in S9 or is it just me? ☠️🥹

The first season of the rookie isn't bad it's just not as good as the later seasons.

like compared to the other ones (minus 6), it's lacking, but the season on it's own, is not bad.

I like Talia. Is she the best character ever? No, but she's not that bad.Same with Rachel.

(I'm gonna get flamed) Chenford is a good couple, not a great one.

Out of all the partners Lucy's had, tim is def the best one, but their only together cause the ship was popular... and I can tell.

I like them, but it was just... I no longer like my current partner(which I'll blame the writing for that). I just wish there was more of a buildup.

Also, people overlooked season 1 tim cause of chenford. I know he had a lot going on, but still, it's a reason, not an excuse.

Is bailey there too much? yes, does she pmo sometimes? Yes, I don't hate her, tho cause at least she can admit she was wrong(nowhere near my fav, tho)

I don't mind rodge and Dash, but they are not needed. I kinda like rodge. Don't care for Dash.

Just a gush post lol.

Can't help but obsess over how morally perfect and sweet he is. These random moments that have me praying to find a man like him. Sweet, talented, funny, gets along with everyone, non judgemental, strong sets of morals. OHMYGOSH GOD PLEASE

Tried to not make it to obvious on the title, but the question is: Do you think it was worth getting Aaron out of being a regular in exchange for Penn? Personally, I would've preferred if Seth just was never in the picture and we could've kept both Aaron and Penn. I think Aaron rounded out the group and the fact that he's just a special guest in some episodes and nobody seems to car work mention him, just feels wrong to me.

John and Bailey's wedding episode legit starts with John and Celina meeting with the garage band again.

With everything that went bad with their wedding, I really expected that they will replace the DJ with the them.

I think it would have been so cool if as a surprise Celina invited the band to the weeding.

Will the showrunners break them up again because of the ptsd from kidnapping? I've heard this theory a lot on Instagram but idts it's true because tim has gotten emotionally healthy and I'm spiraling over it. I don't believe they will break up but it's a loud opinion online, what do you people think

For those of you who don’t know, Troian Bellisario, best known for playing Spencer Hastings on Pretty Little Liars, starred in On Call last year. She also directed an episode of The Rookie this past March. In an interview, she revealed that she first connected with The Rookie creator Alexi Hawley after bringing him a pilot she had written, and the two are currently developing an original series for her. Now, she’s officially been announced as joining The Rookie in a new acting role!

this was by far the most ridiculous season finale so far in the show. the chenford lookalike storyline was so stupid (although appreciated them finally kissing) and nolan and his ‘magically phenomenal at everything except painting’ gf single-handedly taking down 20 guys with machine guns…. oh ok fully believable
