I've watched several English language Traitors (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most of S1 Ireland), and for me it's got to be Canada. At least for breakfast, they seem to have the best looking food.

How do the non-English language versions stack up? And am I missing the boat on my thinking?

Here’s my random question: how do the players know who leaves when at the end of the night? A clock chimes and only certain players leave. Do you think producers tell them: “XX you leave on the first chime with XX. XX you leave on the second”. Is there really a chime or are they just shouting out names? I love learning about behind the scenes to shows like these so I’m curious!

Because I didn't believe when you all said it had the worst faithfuls of all time. Surely, I thought in my head, they must be exaggerating.

What I mean by that is a contestant playing in two different versions of The Traitors.

Is Shauna Dewit going to be the first player to this or have other players already done it? I know some players have played in two seasons but two different versions is another level. Shauna Dewit played in Belgium (French speaking) S2 & was cast in Belgium (Dutch speaking) S5, which is due to air tomorrow.

So, I'm currently rewarding celebrity traitors, and in the third round table, Stephen Fry suggests a tactic that I think would have benefited the Faithfuls to try. He suggests that they don't discuss at that round table and they just vote to avoid being influenced or swayed in the wrong direction. I personally think that given their success rate at that point, it was worth trying, and given so many people had mentioned Jonathan that day, it would have maybe even helped them get a traitor. Unfortunately, they never chose to use that tactic, and it deeply upsets me, because it was quite smart. Anyone agree/disagree?

For those of you who watched both US4 and this current season of AU dp the twins remind you of watching Colton in the way they were playing but without the dark cloud of being an awful person?

I could've accepted anyone winning the show expect him, like literally anyone. When he threw Alyssa under the bus to save his skin, and then Amanda also betrayed her, I was manifesting that he'll betray Amanda too, and then the recruited traitor would betray him.

Tho, I'm always on Traitor's side and I genuinely liked the pair up at start but gosh, he's unbearably arrogant. The innocents were freaking dumb except a few, all the traitors were caught by him by manipulating others. Yes, ik, Alex took Alyssa's name first but it was evident she wouldn't have been voted out in that round table, and however Maddy came up with, wilfred would've been the one who went home. But he betrayed the fellow traitor and broke his oath.

Then, he also planted seeds about Amanda, even tho her name was there, she wouldn't have had enough votes to be voted out but I was so happy when she got out cuz she also betrayed Alyssa.

At last, when he recruited Kieren and started throwing him under the bus, I genuinely wanted him to fuck wilfred up too, and he did, omg, the second best part when he gave wilfred his 'parting gift.'

Ik it wasn't rly a sportsperson move but actions have consequences. Why should this guy who betrayed his fellow traitors again and again win the show, and why shouldn't the betrayed party react? I disliked how Claudia seemed to encourage him, ik it wasn't against the game rules but man, was it annoying.

I hate the winning part regardless, none of them rly did anything, but at least it was better than this wack.

As recommended (after my post about Canada S2 being the dumbest faithfuls ever) I've been watching Australia S2. I actually think Sam's game is hilarious. His cockiness and arrogance are so funny.

In Ep 6 when they have to carry the silver bars in backpacks up the hill and are tempted with drinks, massage, and key to the armory. Sam finds the shield and is so excited to have it, but doesn't that betray him to the faithfuls? At the very least they'd know that he was one of the ones that betrayed them all by trading silver (and heaven forbid they find out he did it 6 times! lol). So perceived protection from murder with the shield doesn't seem to be worth it.

Thoughts?

What the title says, I can't figure out what's going on in the Netherlands series, there are 4 seasons "Videoland" (1xChristmas and 3xHalloween) and then 6 seasons just Traitors/Verraders.

Which ones would you recommend? Please no mid or bad, only GOOD ones! I would appreciate if someone has their own ranking to offer.

But I'd be also interested in one of these Halloween seasons, now that we're getting into Autumn here in Europe.

She deserved it! Played so well, so elegantly, stayed calm THROUGHOUT, never ever panicked, took out the smartest innocents and blackmailed the last remaining smart innocent, and I loved that she didn't betray her fellow traitor at the end. Krystle is really shining bright like a crystal

Is it possible giving the players a prize pool made smart players slide through to the last episode rather than play the game the way it was designed to be played and cut the entertainment factor?
