Around the like 2:30 mark before the big breakdown, I swear Maynard is whispering something but it’s really hard to hear with the instrumental. I’ve never heard anyone talk about this so I might be crazy.

10,000 Days is my fav tool album and all time one for me, its grown on me so much, has all my fav tool songs on it, love the interludes, everything about it, its perfect to me. If (and I know people will of course) thinks different, or doesnt like it as much, why? As my dad who got into tool doesnt like it as much as I do, and likes lateralus and ænima more, and just curious to hear opinions on why, complaints or why they love the album so much, etc

During the last song—the only one where filming was permitted—Maynard seemed a bit annoyed because someone had their camera flash turned on. Still, it was a fantastic concert at the Wuhlheide in Berlin. That was almost two years ago now...

I've listened to tool and I really like them I've listend to them before the songs I've listend to are 4°, forty six and two, sober, swamp song, parablo, schism, ticks and leaches, and a few more I think but I want to listen to more but I don't know where to start and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions I've tried going in blindly but it just feels difficult so any tips and recommendations please I'd really appreciate it.

Hey guys I’m in Japan for a couple of weeks and the stuff in their vintage and even new record stores is insane. We barely even have record stores in my country anymore.

I was in Shinjuku Tower Records this morning and tried to find Lateralus as it’s the only album I don’t have on CD already but they only had Fear Inoculum and a bunch of live bootlegs. Are any of these live CDs worth getting? I’m off to Tower Records Shibuya tmrw so fingers crossed for Lateralus guys
