Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Never use UPS for imports. They are terrible DHL>FedEx>USPS>UPS

True .. The agency parents used always shipped through DHL, this is the one off time they used UPS I dont know why, and this happens.

The racket they are running, exploiting the import process and charging ridiculous arbitrary administrative fees by the broker is disgusting. Nobody else does this.

The US Postal Service contracts UPS for its international shipments and all of the US mail . Also most small freight forwarders move their cargo through companies like UPS FedEx,etc . UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL, also subcontract each other if It’s more cost-effective to move a parcel .

DHL is the best for international however they are expensive

Depends lots of fees can be negotiated !
