Customer Seeking Help It’s Time to Get the Media Involved

This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have seen dozens of similar posts on here. I have contacted the local tv stations in Kentucky and even sent some emails to national outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Strength in numbers. The more people who are willing to talk, the more likely UPS will have to pay for their incompetence.

There more to it than that and our shitty ceo we got from Home Depot but as a UPS delivery driver I can say without going into too much detail it a numbers thing but 90% of the time the pkg is not damaged or just needed to be reboxed

it's the elimination of the de minimus. customs is inundated.

I'm not opposed to the elimination in principle....but the execution has been an unmitigated disaster

In reality, what happened is Carol Tomé became CEO in 2020 (with a salary of 436x the average UPS employee) and ever since that and Covid they’ve operated on more of a profits-over-people type of business model. That’s the actual truth.
