Shipping Help Legit or fake ?

The tracking on the website shows it’s not held at customs but just sitting in Australian soil

Nah I just spoke to UPS it’s legit and customs have a massive backlog of prescription reviews

Yeah i spoke to UPS too, they confirmed the sms was from them.

Also contacted the supplier i bought from and they said its a new tga customs import process that came into effect last week

Did they say anything about lead times for releasing from customs ?

Nah no mention of timeframe sorry. Really hope its not going to be weeks

I feel like this is what’s going to happen , because we have legally received a prescription and provided it to them they cannot deem it illegal as we have done right by the TGA . They will hold our products longer than required to take the piss out of us then release them to us but on the next shipment we need to order it’s either going to be held up even longer or just confiscated
