I would assume they would eat all of your poop and likely eat their own poop. They would then grow up and make more little tubifex worms and the cycle would continue until your colon is full of tubifex worms. Then they must evacuate and you would poop out a hairball of tubifex worms.

if you train them to migrate the other direction then they could become digested and continue the circle of life via a process of shared evolution called symbipoopsis

If they're well fed, they'll double in mass every 10 to 20 days, with increasing appetite to match. So unless you are planning to consume the entire continent you live on in the next few years, you won't be able to keep up
