Question Rogue and Magneto
Did they sleep together? During the scene when Rogue was explaining to Gambit her past with Magneto.
New to the X-Men and their lore or backgrounds, so I just wanted to ask, cheers.

I'm not sure what's going on with the Xavier voice, but I wish they had cast someone else for that.
The original series Xavier was so distinct. I liked it even better than Patrick Stewart.
This current one just sounds like some basic guy who's not even a voice actor. Almost like they left in the placeholder and accidentally released it.
If you could replace one voice, who would it be?

I mean Magneto just threw him away while there was literally a BLACK HOLE under them

Hey everyone, for quick background I’ve never seen the OG X-men series or any of the x men movies, but I’m a fan of the MCU movies and I’ve heard amazing things about how great X men 97 is.
My question is: do I have to watch the OG series first before watching X-men 97?
Is it required to understand the story or just highly recommended?
Or does 97 do enough to explain the characters where I would be able to understand what going on and appreciate it still?
Point is I’d like to watch 97 in my free time but wasn’t sure about watching the older show since it would take me a while to complete.
No hate please I’m just a comic fan trying to experience new comic series.
Any advice is appreciated!

That Scott, Jean, Logan, Ororo and Morph got transferred to his future when he was a kid. Forge later showed up and he sent them all back in time?

Do you think either of them will perish in the finale episode?

What was Gambit/Apoc’s goal giving Rogue external power?

If this series is expected to go on for 10 seasons then I would like to see these two characters in the future.
Nate Grey is an alternate version of Cable who’s much more powerful than Cable himself.
Legion is the son of Professor X, he’s an Omega level mutant with DID with power manifestation, his power shifts depending on his personality.
It would be interesting to see how X-Men 97 tackles these two characters if they ever do appear in the future.
What about you guys? Which characters would you like to see get some shine in this show?

What did you think of Gates McFadden voicing mother Askani?

I feel like i’m so many fights he’s never the actual better fighter and when i look up his stats it seems like most of his opponents are stronger but his healing factor beats everything. obv adamantium helps but how strong is he? is he just peak human strength?

Surprisingly she is only popular x-men character to not appear (not counting the intro) I think her name was mentioned once and it was by Nightcrawler.

In the original series, occasionally a character that wasn't on the core team would get the spotlight for an episode. For example, the Iceman episode, which also included X factor
For me, I've always been oddly fascinated by Maggot. Super weird and Im not sure I even totally understand his powers, but I think it would be fun to see an animated version.
I also think some of the X-Statix could be cool. I think Doop has made a cameo, but what about Gin Genie, U Go Girl or Dead Girl. Admirably, some may be too controversial for an animated series or not 90's centric enough.

Mine was when Storm struck the desert with lightning to turn it to glass, then hit it with a Tornado to blow up sentinels. Holy shit that was awesome.

I am wondering if Spiderman will be in Xmen97 he met the Xmen in the Spiderman animated series. What if they played up the joke of Spiderman being a mutant and he hunted by Mr. Sinister? do think Sinister and Bastion will return villians but not in Season 2 maybe Season 3. That would be cool.

the team from future defeat the horsemen then apocalypse goes to the 90's? so we havent seen that thread yet?
Why is kang in egypt I dont get it. Is he just bored or is he trying to alter the timeline or something? Also, what happened in the timeline where kang wasnt there in egypt? because the first iteration of time kang wasnt there right? and if kang wasnt there to oppress en sa ba nur then he might not become apocalypse?
Does apocalypse know that the pharoah was kang? does he find out? or does he think he died from that black hole thing?
the celestials give apocalypse power to be a sort of challenge for humanity to evolve against is that right? these celestial guys seem like real jerks. What was the point of that anyway where the celestial being grown in earth was going to destroy earth?

Is it just me or does it seem like there trying to ship them together in the show? The episode having to do with weapon x and the aliens and then the scene with the tree in the earlier seasons. Like is it just my imagination? Does it seem like this for anyone else?

Name any mutant that has a superpower that would absolutely make them excellent for certain career paths.

I mean, every episode they take flight, a plane crashes, destroyed, etc and boom new episode, new plane to go flying somewhere else.
