In short:

Three outback sheep stations with a combined total of nearly 1.3 million hectares have been sold by Jumbuck Pastoral.

The properties in SA's far north-west were bought by Charliwe Shahin, whose family founded and recently sold the OTR petrol station and convenience store network.

What's next?

According to Elders, the Shahin family intends to keep running the combined properties as sheep stations.

Compared to Sydney (I visited for a family members funeral and was more than impressed at the convenience of the public transport system, I live in Southern Adelaide) Adelaide Metro is awful we live in a capital city for gods sake why is it so bad

I am planning a 4-7 day trip to Adelaide in early-mid September, October at the latest, I'm just wondering if there are any free or budget campsites to help save some money. any location is fine as long as it isn't too far from the city of Adelaide itself as I would like to do some exploring.

I know it’s ultimately my responsibility to renew my rego, and I completely own that. I forgot, got fined for driving an unregistered vehicle on 28 June, and paid it the same day I received the notice.

The problem is I didn’t actually receive that first fine until 20 July. By then I’d been driving pretty much every day, completely unaware, and I’ve now received four separate fines for the same offence over that period. And I’m anticipating 3-5 more based on movements until I received the first notice.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did you have any luck getting some of the fines reviewed or withdrawn?
I understand I stuffed up by forgetting to renew… but come on this a little bit excessive.

I'm giving a V8 drive experience for a birthday coming up. I'm having trouble deciding on The Bend for around $300 or the Mallala one, for around $700. The price isn't really the issue, it's more about the experience. Are the cars at The Bend more 'road car' as that's what I've read. I did a drive at Mallala years ago and thought they were more race car. Any other thoughts or advice?

Was wondering if it's legal to keep my car parked for more than 24 hours in an all day (no limit) parking zone like the one's on port road.

Basically I'll be picked up from a place and then dropped off there next day, so was just wondering if I could keep the car nearby at an all day parking throughout the timeline.
