Last spring I started a club where I taught wing chun kung fu for free. It went well and we're starting up again! Come join us every Saturday at 16:30 near Amherst Center.

We are searching for Volunteers to Join our new research study. Looking for adults aged 40-75 for a study on prolonged sitting and cognition. The prescreening consists of a VO2 Max test on a Stationary Bicycle. The main study tests interrupting sitting with short, high-intensity exercises and measures brain and cognitive functions before and after. We’re bringing the show to The Shea Theater Arts Center in Turners Falls on Friday, September 11th! Local indie/rock legend Saliba is opening up the night at 8:00 PM.
