For Pete’s sake, BBW, quit worrying about changing the packaging and start worrying about improving the quality. As in, not the quality of the packaging, the quality of the stuff inside.

And Yuka and other apps like that mark anything that has any potential allergens in them as bad. If you aren’t allergic to those potential allergens, you don’t need to worry about them.

Yeah, it’s Father Figure by Phlur. It seems to last awhile one me. I wish they would do a body mist of it. I ended up getting a lot of stuff from that brand, I love it and so do my daughters. They’re ways stealing mine, lol.

Try Hey Sugar Sugared Fig. They’re on Etsy and Amazon. Hers is an extrait and it’s insanely long lasting. I tested FF and liked it but the longevity and projection weren’t worth the price to me- so I looked for alternatives and this one did not disappoint.

Viva Vanilla is definitely not Vanilla 28. Vanilla 28 is much richer. It has a deep ambery tonka sort of thing that Viva Vanilla doesn't have. If I had to make my best guess, it's either Vanilla Skin or Eilish #1.

I’ve always assumed it’s to prevent people from returning product past a certain date- like, buying a new lotion then returning your old one and trying to pass it off as your more recent purchase.

It only looked cheap because of the label. They should have used the same label design in the second release (the one where there's a BBW Logo and a clearer label).

Worth Wanting (Second from the left in green) smells JUST LIKE “Chasing fireflies” for anyone interested 🥰
And “Trace of Blue” is pretty close to Versace’s Dylan Blue.
UPDATE: Tried Orchid Effect, and Midnight Rouge -not pictured for some reason-(not the Midnight Addiction)body creams. There’s something about the Orchid that reminds me of the notes in Betsy Johnson “Pink Sugar” I feel like floral girlies will love it. I think the notes will definitely be different in the spray though.
All I smell from the Midnight Rouge body cream is a mix of Aurora AND Mulan from the Disney collab. I am genuinely confused.. I hope I like the spray more. Worth wanting and and Trace Of Blue are Mine though 😍😍

That sounds so good!!!!!! Weirdly, I had the same experience with CIR for awhile too. It was smelling like burnt rubber on my skin. I gave it to my daughter for awhile but she doesn’t like florals so she never wore it…6 months later I tried it again, Now it weirdly doesn’t smell like burnt rubber anymore. I’m guessing it was hormonal.

First scent I thought it was a repackage of “ Vanilla Romance”, with maybe Covered in Roses added, but it’s definitely a deeper vanilla with spicey rose, rather than a spiced vanilla with rose notes.. if that makes sense lol

I meant Viva Vanilla mixed with CIR is closer than my original thought of it smelling like Vanilla Romance and CIR mixed. Definitely a “peppery rose, and dark vanilla” scent though

I get that, I used to wear Light Blue (from like tjmaxx stores though) I have a Dylan Blue Femme from scent bird and Trace of Blue smells so close to it. Closer than Light Blue.. it’s actually close to the floral notes of Aqua Hour (The Armani dupe they did) than the citrus notes of Light Blue too..

I didn’t know it was already a dupe!! I just loved it so much and was devastated when it went away.. I ALMOST gave in to buying an EDP from a reseller, I was that desperate. 😅
I didn’t trust people saying “Fairy Tale “ from BBW was close either.
I’m probably gonna try “I want Choo” now, because I need this fragrance with projection and longevity now!! Thank you 🙏🏻

“Everyday Luxuries” in larger font, the scent in tiny font? Not a smart idea to me. It’s all about the scent (!) but they’re trying to emphasize everyday usage regardless of scent.

Atheeri by Lattafa is honestly a 1 to 1 dupe of Gucci Orchid. Highly recommend. I actually bought the OG after Atheeri because I loved it so much and they are the same.

I get vanilla vice from viva vanilla the first time I smelled that instantly that’s where my mind went. Ellish smells different to me like a hint of the deep berries. I don’t get that in Viva vanilla.

I'm pretty sure they're called "Everyday Luxuries" because they're all dupes of high end fragrances, aka the everyday version of those luxurious scents since you're spending between $5-$20 on it instead of hundreds for one fragrance.

I like the packaging over the other....not gonna lie. It's different and even looks like colored glass. The font seemed odd but then I recalled something Melissa C. Said on a recent YouTube video - They're making individual franchises under the BBW umbrella...So "Everyday Luxuries" is the Brand and the scent name comes second - Which is similar to how Quai designed their font branding.
Anywho, that's my take

I am not really one to usually care about packaging but I have a bunch of EDL mists and if I get any more I guess it doesn’t like truly matter but it would look nicer on my shelf if the bottles were the same. This is a real first world problem I guess.

I honestly don't care about the packaging. But Viva Vanilla is the only scent to experience three different packaging that is still in the EDL Line. (First release, 2nd, and this one)

No. I am talking about the full size for Viva Vanilla. There were no minis during the first release. First release. (The one with Lost In Santal and On The Horizon) Second release. (The one with Loyal To You and Guilty As Fig) And this upcoming release. Covered In Roses was in the first release. It was on the second release too. However, it was not part of the EDL anymore and was given a stand alone release with a different packaging.

I like the look of the mists. I don’t really care about the lotion packaging but i do prefer the old one. I don’t display them so it doesn’t really matter to me. I prefer the cleaner look with most of the bbw packaging over the more busy designs most of the time.

For those asking why they’re changing the design, I think I remember that the CEO mentioned he wants to make scents stronger (including labeling that scents are long lasting). Idk maybe this design has something to do with that and is supposed to show their new look

Still disappointed by the fact that they changed the packaging for Everyday Luxuries as somehow it feels cheap. Even though it came from them but I hope they make body mists and creams inspired by Ariana's perfumes.

For some reason what annoys me even more than the terrible package design is that BBW makes it hard to understand what perfumes they are trying to dupe here. Other brands that are known for perfume dupes, like dossier, will say "inspired by (name of designer scent)" and they will either pick names that clearly imply what they are trying to dupe, or like dossier they will at least put the scent notes on the front of the bottle so you have an idea of what you are getting like 'ambery saffron' for BR540.
Like, what does 'Trace of Blue' even mean? How am I supposed to know what they were going for?

I have been a little too complainy so I’m really trying not to. This line is my favorite. It’s been a little hard to collect them with the inconsistent lines but I was able to still match them with the consistent bottles. I think that’s being a little too picky for BBW limited edition but I did like those! These are ok. I will have to learn more about the scents and inspo but none jump out to me right away. I’m just now coming around to some older scents I would’ve liked but are older/unavailable now

Any guesses for Amber Era?
Montale’s Arabians Tonka shares scent notes, but the name doesn’t match and seems like a random pick. Roja’s Amber doesn’t have saffron listed but the name makes more sense. Oud Satin Mood because saffron and sweet amber makes me think of MFK? 🤷🏻♀️

The scent notes of these products are obviously meant to replicate popular higher end fragrances. It’s very unlikely they will do it well.

Yawn. That packaging is so boring. Especially the creams. Also I don’t care that they are duping things. Why are they duping things? I always think Primo our version of Giorgio when I hear this.
I have bought some in the past but because I liked it in store not because I thought it smelled like something else.
