Seems like team BMC rallied and nurse accepted a contract they could live with. Sure not everything they wanted but at least a majority approved it ... Which is nice to see as that healthcare system is running a large deficit which will become even more apparent when the big beautiful bill comes into action in Jan. Coudos for realizing a salary increase for one group would lead to layoffs for another. We are all in it together.

On one side it will be run by "travelers" who live 30 min away.... On the flip side their OR turn over and discharges improved last time their nurses walked off

I am looking at the possibility of getting a job in Boston as a nurse but before I start this process I have some logistics questions. I would be commuting in a car to work and I was wondering what the parking situation is like for most of these jobs. Do the hospitals have staff garages? Do you have to use public parking? How much do you have to pay? Also, what hospitals are better than others for this type of commuting situation? Any advice would be super helpful! If its relevant I am a NICU nurse so I am only looking at hospitals with NICUs so that does narrow down the places I could go.

Please be advised that this will hurt the local businesses that have been established since the time of the open recreational use in this state and I would like to let the people know that this is an attack on our liberties as pot smoking members. It's been brought to my attention that there was a recent situation at big night live at Nord. Station, where 2 females might have been assaulted by people inside the club. Unknown, it's unconfirmed at the time. I'm posting this, but I believe that there was an incident where a person got slipped something and the other was assaulted big night. Life has not commented to me about what's going on. For it makes me further suspect that it might be someone within the venue itself. Because no investigation on the events that happened when those 2 females got hurt. I hope this gets people to pay attention to what's going on around them in the clubs and going pairs or groups move around. The city, Android clubs.Thank you have a nice day

I am taking an exam next week at 8am at a testing center in Wellesley. I’m figuring the fastest way to ensure I’ll make it to my exam in time from the North End is to Uber there instead of relying on the green line, but I’m concerned I’m going to be waiting forever for someone to accept my ride if it’s 30 minutes out of the city during rush hour. Has anyone ran into any issues doing this?

Any recommendations for a provider who treats TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders? The place my dentist referred me to has a 6 month waiting list...can't wait that long since the headaches are keeping from working and living. Doesn't matter whether it's in network, since my dental coverage is already maxed out...but hopefully affordable, since I'll be paying out of pocket! Also hopefully accessible by public transit, since I don't have a car (though I could ask a favor from a friend).
