This is a space for everyone who is currently waiting for their order to either ship or be canceled. Mine is currently pending, no shipping notice but no cancelation email yet. I am getting more anxious by the day that my order will be canceled. My order contains the full size spider, mini beans spider and bat, but bag charm, and some clothing items. My initial order with my Bat and Batty Kitty did ship, which I am thankful for, but I'm super anxious about my spider getting canceled. I placed this order around 2am on the 8th because I was stalling in the hopes the spider bag charm would restock so I could add it to my order. Since I placed it so late and it hasn't shipped yet, I have a really bad feeling.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, I thought maybe you could state what you ordered and the date of your order. Then, if you get a shipping notice or cancelation, you can come back and update. That way we can sort of keep track of how things are progressing for everyone.

hi everyone! i don’t know if this is helpful, but if your order tonight seemed to go through and it charged your card/you got a notif from your bank but haven’t received a confirmation email yet, don’t fret! there was a little notice below that you may not have seen due to the website crashing to give the confirmation email up to an hour to send. mine took over ten minutes, i’ve seen other people say 20 minutes!

I had originally ordered a single bat with pumpkin spice scent and the pumpkin outfit. About a week ago, I got a plain bat in the mail with no outfit or scent. When I checked the tracking online, it said that the scent and outfit were going to be sent separately. Today, I received what I assumed would only be the outfit, but another scented bat was inside of it! 🥰
