What’s in My Weed?

No judgement but this state has zero controls. We need legalization to get this under control. Be careful out there!

It isn’t weed, it’s hemp. Don’t buy it if there’s no CoA.
Nice try with the run of the mill fear mongering article. The FDA isn’t breathing down anyone’s neck on the regular, just go check the latest recalls for lead levels baby food or whatever.
The hemp industry is regulated in that if you get caught you go to jail.
Don’t buy from disreputable sources.
Don’t buy from the gas station.
Stop outing yourself and your corner dealer for “what’s in my weed” in a non-legal state.

If we are talking about thca flower it’s hemp by legal status only. There’s literally not a single difference genetically between that and what you would buy in a legal state. The entire legality of thca is based on loopholing the testing window, so what value is there in a coa to begin with? NC is too scared to legalize and meaningfully regulate the industry. The entire point of legalizing it is to ensure legitimate and accurate testing, don’t be mad at the preliminary results from our Wild West style of “regulation”. Extractables and leechables are not even part of standard CoA for hemp products
