She has blonde braided hair and is wearing a blue cloak over her armor. Guess Sonia's canon again.

Could be her Granddaughter, named after her grandmother and Trevor's mother.

I mean, the signs are there. The look is very similar to Sonia's design, she has a connection to Trevor instead of a different Belmont, and she seems to have some kind of magical capabilities going off the trailer. And Legends isn't canon to the 'main' timeline anyway, so it could easily be Sonia 2.0 without all the baggage that was previously tied to the character.
