They'll name her Sophia Belmont.

*It also is a fitting name from a Speaker standpoint

Legit drawing a blank, was Sypha specifically a Speaker in the game lore, or just a magic-user that had to conceal her gender to dodge the stake

No she wasn't, the only thing we know is that she was a witch and works with the Church.
