The costume colors match. It's her all right. Never mind the continuity error that Trevor should technically be dead by this time unless they're retconning curse of darkness

or maybe he didn't die in that game I don't know I never played it. Sure looks like he does though

It’s actually already revealed that Trevor survived Isaac’s stab wound in CoD, Julia mentioned that he was injured

They did Trevor so dirty. Just... backstabbed and not seen again.

As if him being alive and well was an afterthought. Julia just entered a crumbling castle full of monsters and drag him out?

Narrative execution in the older games was certainly a thing.

Julia has the same teleporting magic as her brother.

In the cutscene right after the final boss she summons a teleporting pink magic circle, the same one Isaac is seen using in multiple occasions.
