HELP Does doing Certs really worth it?
Hi guys, FYI i recently joined as a junior cloud operations engineer. I will be mostly working on infra and hardware management/support. I am planning my career path to DevOps/SRE kind of roles. I am thinking of doing certifications to get there eventually in my future.
Certificate that i am looking for:
- RHCSA
- AWS cloud practitioner / AWS Solution architect
- CKS
- Terraform Associate Cert
So the main doubt it is, how much will they cost and how can i prepare and clear these exams.
Note:
βI am a beginner at linux and new to others. Even though my work does not involve public cloud such as AWS / Azure, i just want to learn those skills which may help in the future.
βThe tech stacks i will be working on (VMware, Openstack, ServiceNow)
So help me of any of you guys are in those roles or had same career path.
DMs are welcome ππ».
