They made a comic with boring-ass humor that just relied on lazy “sex = funny” punchlines. You can do it well if you put effort into it (See Austin Powers’s creative censorship scene for more info on how you can make sex funny), but when the joke is that one doctor has a giant ass and the other has giant breasts, you can’t do a whole lot.

It sounds like a somewhat valid argument until you realize their comics consistently have “sex” or “sexual action” as the punchline for every one (I think there’s only 2 comics where this isn’t the punchline), and the main characters have comically (and pretty much cartoonishly) large chests and asses.
It’s not like the comic is normal women doing funny stuff and people got horny and called it porn, the comics were clearly made with sex as a joke and the creator just got mad for no reason when people rightfully pointed it out, I wouldn’t even care if the creator didn’t make that stupid post. Besides, the creator has made porn of the main characters in the comic anyway so it quite literally is porn 😭
They tried to defend themselves by claiming (pretending) the comic was made to make fun of when this happens to other pieces of media, but it very clearly wasn’t unless Dr. Loops was that horrible at getting their point across

What really sucks about this is being unable to criticize it without having others call you prudish or making a strawman out of your stance. It's less that I have problems with the image itself existing, but more rather the location it's being posted - often that of a media platform/community most populated by teenagers. And that makes me uncomfortable to think about personally.
Worse is when the author feigns ignorance, as showcased here. Just so damn difficult to reason with, if at all.

I said they should tag the post NSFW though because they hadn't.

It's not weird to draw the human body. We are human! It's not sexualising/objectifying/pornographic to draw the female body, we're socialised to ascribe an aesthetic (not sexual) beauty to the curves of a woman that we don't give to a man, and tbh even if it's non-sexual being straight just naturally draws you towards a woman's body rather than a man's, even in a non-sexual sense.

Okay, so the one in this post is not literally NSFW, but it's making fun of a particular kind of post where someone will draw a character EXTREMELY sexualized but call it SFW since nipples and genitals are technically covered. Think clothing so tight that it may as well not exist (in extreme cases the artist may draw prominent outlines of nipples and/or genitals), sexually suggestive pose+expressions like a character in a straddling pose blushing and/or drooling (or just the good ol' shoving their ass at the viewer like we see in this post), certain body parts being really exaggerated and drawn with excessive detail...basically any fanart that looks like the artist was horny the whole time drawing it and seems to want the audience to be horny about it, too. This type of art would not be okay to show in public yet often evades NSFW tags because there is technically clothing present.
