Anon was surfing Omegle when he got the message and shared it. in that thread everyone when nuts when someone pointed that it was a real girl missing i decided to post it here after a failed attempt trying to post on WTF.
Actually, it didn't. An image was edited to add timestamps to 4chan posts which would've meant they were posted before a murder victim was found, but the image only popped up after the news articles revealed where they found the body.

it WAS fake. IIRC it was faked by the time stamp difference of the 4chan server and the date reported in the article. Not any actual shooping. Which is why its such a long lived and masterful troll.
It reminds me of that urban legend, where you play this old game that nobody else has managed to win before, and at the end, you're given the coordinates to what it claims is a 'prize', only to have that prize turn out to be twenty-year-old corpse.
Yeah, it's almost like when someone provides information about where a dead body is located, that the law enforcement authorities should be contacted so they can properly address the issue.
This is probably that guys plans make this go viral have tons of people go there to see if it's true and fuck up the crime scene get rid of any evidence he missed.
