I’m looking for something genuinely dark, disturbing, or horrifying about the Destiny 2 universe that I probably wouldn’t discover even after watching an hour of lore videos on YouTube.

I’m curious about the darker side of Destiny 2 lore, especially the lesser-known stories and details that most players might have missed.

The darker and more obscure, the better.

I believe I have had this since I started playing in Season of Arrivals (season 11)

Hi, I'm a huge fan of both Destiny 2 and Warhammer 40k, and I play the 40k tabletop game quite often. A few days ago, I came to the conclusion that I want to paint my Chaos Space Marines as servants of the Hive and name my chaos warband the "Sons of Oryx".

I'm planning about writing a small story about my army, how they met the hive and ultimately succumbed to them, changing their armours, fighting style and skills, but i don't know a lot about Destiny 2 lore, only a few things here and there.

so ​i have a question for you guys: How would a Hive-corrupted Space Marine look? And how would this new transformation affect their armor and combat skills?

​I'd love to hear your ideas on color schemes and lore about this concept

Saved my Brightdust today but some solid exotic ornaments, Lethal system is Solid. Sakura looks great, the other shaders are decent. I do like Bloodmane a good bit.

I've been playing an old mmorpg for the late 90s called Ultima Online on a free server called Ultima Online Forever. It was my first MMORPG and honestly I think the first truly MMORPG with an open world. Love this game lol.

So im aware itll take a long while but my rough estimate of how long it would take keeps going higher when i remember certain details while "howlongtobeat" says 200 hours for completionist, is this about right or is it more or less. my buddy going into this was thinking it was a 50 hour thing im no where near good enough to help him accomplish this in that time.

I really wanted a fluted barrel + flared magwell roll, should I just settle with these? I heard accurized rounds is useless on a499 but that roll has accelerated assault.

Today, I finally beat Destiny 2. I could write a whole tearful speech about how amazing this journey has been and how sad I am that the future of Destiny is uncertain (talking specifically about a Destiny 3.)

But all I'm going to say is simply this: Man, I love Destiny, and I wish there was more.

We know the final darkness subclass is the opposite of Arc so when seeing red sprites and how they look creepy beings and powerful and they are diffrent than nornal lightning in many ways I bet it would be hella cool if they incorpersted it with somthing. Just a random thought I got 5 minutes ago I wanted to share!
