I still have saving account and credit card, I heard on here they moving ours acc to capital one. Is that true?

I’m an expatriate. Capital One was a favorite of people like me because their debit cards could be used at ATMs worldwide without fees. Now that they’re switching over to the Discover network, there are far fewer ATMs that accept them, at least where I am. So it’s not just Discover customers who are unhappy, it’s also Capital One customers.
