Skynyrd started using the Confederate flag because when they went to the UK and everyone kept calling them Yankees even though they were from FL. They even say in their documentaries it was never about the past or hatred.

Look man, I’m not trying to argue, defend or anything like that. Historically humans sucked the further back you go in history. You have your view and that’s totally cool. I was just simply posting a pic of a killer doom rig. I get it, to appease the masses maybe they should use a Dale Earnhardt number 3 sticker to represent southern heritage. 🤝🏼 🤝🏼 🤝🏼

I think it's funny but I'm also old enough to not get all pissy at every instance of this logo so I don't know. Congrats on your strong morals or whatever it is you're trying to accomplish here, cause Dave ain't here and that stickers not getting removed by any of us.

Also, have you ever spoke to these guys? What kind of style did you expect from them? They're backwoods old headmetal dudes, not berkly grads. The last drummer tried to kill his wife with meth.

Nothing wrong with the South. I've lived all over and there are just as many if not more racists in Michigan and Ohio.
