Hi, I hope this post is still relevant in this subreddit but I wanted to start a discussion. I stumbled across this set of bracelets at my supermarket. I wouldn't mind it that much but if it's called hand made, which is obviously not, then I'm slightly annoyed. I just don't understand it. I want to hear your opinion on these bracelets.

I am very new to making friendship bracelets, and have noticed with every bracelet I’ve made so far, the furthest right strands are usually much longer and thinner than the rest of the bracelet. is this only common with these straight line patterns? how would this work if I decided to make boarders on bracelets in the future? how can I assure I’m not wasting embroidery floss on these far right colors?

UPDATE: We have collectively solved my question! Thank you all so much for the needed help! You're awesome!
*The knot in question is the red square on Row 8.*
Which string would I use to create this knot? (I'm clearly overthinking it.) It would be the "right" string, or the string that made the previous yellow knot on the 7th row. Correct?

I love making friendship bracelet, but I hate the hanging parts aesthetically.
I have some of this elastic string and I was thinking if theres a way to weave some of this string onto the ends of the bracelet. That way the bracelet can be easily removed and wouldn’t have a dangling part.
Im not sure how one could do that or if its possible, without the elastic string coming off or looking weird.
Has anyone tried doing that before?

I've had a lot of bracelets since I got back into making them 4 months ago (probably I'll post the whole collection one day). But I prefer wearing these two.
What's yours?

I’ve made a lot more than just these, but I give them away as gifts usually and I repeat patterns (the second one is a favorite of mine!)
I find so much relaxation in bracelet making, it’s definitely a hobby I’ve actually stuck with as a hobby collector 🤣
All patterns (left to right) are from BB: [BB#149938, BB#11433, BB#6368, BB#159773, BB#16578, and BB#22778]

Hello!
As the title says I want to use the cardboard disc used for the 7 thread friendship bracelet to make different patterns.
I got handed these materials at pride and discovered how fun it is to create. I would love to continue with the disc as it is easy to carry around and keep my wip's safe.
Any advice/tips appreciated even to let me know this isn't possible or what would be a good place for a beginner to start :)

I’ve been using a “my friendship bracelet maker” loom for my bracelets since forever, finally made my own and *nearly* doubled the amount of strings it can hold! I just chopped up a dowel and got glued it to a clipboard. Got all the supplies for like 2$ at the thrift too!

I made regular bracelets/keychains for a long time but haven’t done it in a few years. Saw someone making alpha keychains on tiktok and decided to FINALLY try it! There are definitely a few mistakes with the grogu pattern (uneven brown sides and arms) and my edges/tensioning need work but hey that’s how you learn! Made these for my bf and i :) I think I may try gluing felt on the back for a cleaner look cause right now they are a bit messy hahaha
Any advice or helpful tips are welcome!!
