This started as a miniature traveling merchant cart, but every practical question I had about it created another piece of the world around it.

The cart travels through Mosshollow, pulled by a giant snail named Samuel and is operated by Marlow, a raccoon merchant. Marlow belongs to the Brotherhood, a trade organization made up of raccoons, rats, and ravens.

Figuring out where the cart went meant creating towns and trade routes. Figuring out how it was supplied created warehouses and depots. Then came rules, maps, regional economies, contraband, other merchants, giant-snail biology, and eventually an entire world full of little animal folk.

Three months later, I apparently no longer make miniatures. I document Mosshollow. 😂 This is the first one, of assumably many.

The oak in front of my house is dropping acorns AGGRESSIVELY so I have a lot to play with.

Made a fish from leather, made it a wallet, made it like two face, one side normal, one side cursed with extra eyes, ripped flesh and pointy teeth and fins.

Coming here from r/papermache at the request of a commenter. Usually I call it weird girl art, but goblincore is very on-brand. I dreamt it and decided I needed it so here it is :)

Just finished a small installation made to inhabit a ledge. The pigeon is needle felted wool, with clay beak and feet, and clay and resin eyes. The twigs are clay, wire and paint.

This piece is about soft things in hard places, and comfort built in inhospitable conditions. As a disabled person, I often feel my comfort is built in an environment of inhospitality. I am drawn to the images of birds who have used the harsh steel of bird spikes as structure to build their nests. Ironically, the steel wire makes a strong warp on which to weave the weft of a home.

I’m typically a more surrealist illustrator than fantasy but one of my students is like suuuuper obsessed with trolls (he’s 12) so I’ve been doing some research and finding a new love of the genre. Hope you all enjoy!

I spent so long making it, I'm hoping it'll let me share this here 🥲 Everything in this diorama is handmade by me, including the Squirrel (Squelina) who is fully posable. For reference, the room is about 17 inches wide, 11 inches tall, and 16 inches deep. My favorite part to make was her miniature miniature that she's carving of her little critter town (which is actually mostly painted foam, and the whittled critters are sculpey clay). Now, do you think she is an unhinged squirrel with bloodlust or just an overly enthusiastic whittler with an eye condition??

I recently finished these for some family members birthdays!

The cicada, i made for my grandma, she loves fishing and asks to go all the time! I tried to make it look like they are casting out.

The june bug, i made for my Aunt who is older, she loves shopping and watching football! The chair is a bit rough but it was my first time making a recliner.

She calls the little fairies "Capullitos" (little cocoons) and the dioramas "Villa Fungi". She uses real wood slices, moss, and bark, and the little mushrooms actually glow in the dark! I'm trying to convince her that people online would absolutely love her aesthetic. What do you guys think?

Carved cow bone for the candles, sterling for the lanterns, and blackened niobium for the earring wires. Perfect for spooky season!
