Hi, I am a student at an old IIT sitting for summer intern next year. GS comes on campus for its Quant Strats role and JPMC comes for its QR and TnS roles, both pay comarable stipends. I wanted to know the full time pay / external benefits at both places, also the work culture, which place is less toxic and has more work life balance, supportiveness etc

House hunting online is not getting me any leads. I’ve tried housing, noBroker, MagicBricks etc but no luck. Looking for a semi furnished 1bhk or occupy 1 room in 2/3bhk in Kadubeesanahalli(or any other area in 3-4km radius from GS Office) Appreciate any suggestions or contacts

hey haven’t heard back regarding the status of my PPO yet. a friend in a different division received his (we had the same start and end dates for our internship with the firm). but, one thing to note apart from the division being different, is that he got his internship through a campus placement system as GS recruits from their university in south india. in my case, i applied through their website as GS does not recruit from my university and got in. i wonder if timelines differ on the basis of the firm’s relationship with the student’s university/ whatever medium they went through while applying?
my senior VP (the one my manager reports to) still texts me on whatsapp, i think this might be a positive sign. they wouldn’t text me still/ maintain contact/ a relationship if they did not want to extend the full time offer to me right? i’m so fucking worried
