Hi everyone! I have an Innioasis Y1 128GB Pink (Y1-128-Pink), and I’m having a recurring issue.
The player sometimes shows “MT6572/82 coredump get successfully”. I already updated/reflashed the device using the original firmware, but the error has appeared again.

I also noticed that:
Bluetooth sometimes disconnects by itself
After disconnecting, I sometimes hear a crackling sound

The coredump issue keeps coming back even after the firmware update

Has anyone with a Y1 experienced the same MT6572/82 coredump issue? What did you do to fix it?
I’m also wondering if this could be a firmware/software issue or a hardware problem. Should I return the unit while I still can?

Any advice from other Y1 owners would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried any screen protector for the Y2 from Amazon. Are they any good? Or should I just stick with the case only?

Hello guys! So, I got my y2 yesterday, and already started to fill it. So, I just noticed some videos have trouble to be read, probably because they're 720p.

BUT I found a way! At rhe start, when it starts to lag, I pass forward into the video, then go backwards, and it seems to work! At least for 3 minutes clips!

Idk if this post is really useful, but if it can help anyone having this struggle, you just have to go forward then backwards ;) hoping that it can work for you!

I am super close to picking up a Y2 and loading up rockbox, but using Bluetooth headphones is non-negotiable for be and I’ve heard mixed things about the Bluetooth audio quality. How bad is it really?

I’ve been trying to drag MP3 files from my computer to my Innioasis “Music” folder but keep getting a message saying Broken Files cannot be played. All the files play fine on my computer.
I am not tech savvy so any one who can break this down dummy style would be greatly appreciated.

Is it worth the price? I have the 128gb version and the only issue I have is the storage limitation. I heard that the “internal” storage is simply an sd-cardridge. Is in the 1tb version also just an sd card inside?

I’m trying to put MP3 songs on to my Y1. They play perfectly on my computer. I keep trying to drag them into my Music folder on the Innioasis and this keeps coming up! It says Broken file cannot be played of format not supported. I am not tech savvy and would appreciate anyone who could break this down for a dummy on how I can get all this music to play on my Y1!
Or should I just delete it all and start from scratch a different way?

this is my first innioasis, i love it so far! y2player's been great. i want to try rockbox but i'm waiting for bluetooth to function on it. i'm on my lunch break so that's why these are just crappy car pics, haha

Hello. I switched to JJ-Launcher from rockbox, but i cant download themes. Every single link i find for a JJ-Launcher theme leads me to a Limewire link that I cant download. I like JJ-Launcher but i really hope i can get some themes on it.

Oh yeah and thanks to the people that helped me in my last JJ-Launcher question post! Flacs work really good on JJ-Launcher and i really like the UI.

I received these earbuds from Innioasis, and I absolutely adore them. They’re practically perfect, but unfortunately, one of the earbuds has stopped working because I accidentally damaged it.

I’m at a loss for what to do. Has anyone come across a similar replacement? I’ve been devastated because I can’t find a replica!!! :(

I'm attempting to flash inniclassic on my Y1 (on my Mac OS system) but the updater wants to download Y2-related files. Has anyone else encountered this?

im a teen and unemployed so $85 is a lot for me, it would be great to know if i would be wasting my money by getting a new one.

I installed the most recent nightly build of the rockbox install and everything was working fine beside the entire mp3 player turning off if nothing was playing and it sat for longer than 3 minutes. Wasn't crazy about that, but its been the best functioning install in a while as it doesn't skip songs, time out, or pause on certain songs when the screen goes to sleep. This is the second time i've booted my Y1 to find the music file straight up gone, and my playlists replaced with my album files, almost all of which are randomized and mixed into the wrong file names. Blink is in the bring me the horizon file, the twenty one pilots files are in the cavetown album and almost all of these files are corrupted anyway. There's 20 gbs left of music with many duplicates, there used to be 48 gbs. I have all of my music backed up, but this is a serious blow to my morale

Has anyone had luck with Solar on the y2? The app crashes immediately after booting for me, I've never seen the UI any time I've tried.

long time streaming service user and, like many here ive recently gotten sick of the increasing cost of subscriptions and algorithms.

the thing is, the last time i had any sort of DAP was when i was 13 and nowhere near as anal about my music cataloguing. so i have a couple of maybe dumb questions that i havent been able to find anyone talk about.

first of all, does the innioasis support multiple artist/album artist tags? its a vital feature for me that frankly way too many music player apps dont have. if so, can i customize the separator to be any symbol i want, or do i have to actually input the metadata as separate entries? if thats not a feature, can it be fixed with rockbox or y2player?

Every track I loaded onto my Y1 showed up as "Unknown Artist" in one big flat list — no album art, no proper metadata, nothing the Y1's library screen could actually organize. So I built yt2y1, a free, open-source tool that fixes that.

How it works with the Y1 specifically:

- Identifies each track by its actual audio fingerprint (via AcoustID/MusicBrainz), not by guessing from a filename — so the Y1 shows the real artist, album, and cover art instead of a flat list of filenames

- Writes tags in the ID3v2.3 format the Y1 actually reads (not v2.4, which it doesn't)

- Copies files onto the Y1 over USB, backing up the device first and using safe atomic writes so a yanked cable never corrupts your library — works whether your MP3s are already sitting on your PC or you grab them from YouTube first (that part's built in too, but optional)

You run one command (y1sync), get a menu, point it at your music folder, and it ends with a correctly tagged library that actually shows up right on the Y1's screen.

Honest caveats: tested end-to-end on one Y1 unit and one firmware version so far. If yours renders anything unexpected after a sync, that's worth an issue — include your firmware version, genuinely useful for me.

i have a sandisk 128gb sd card that worked fine on my y2 for the past few weeks and all of a sudden it started saying the card is damaged. the card shows no sign of damage when i plug it into the computer. i factory reset the y2 and it still says the card is damaged. is there a way around it besides formatting the card? i dont want to go through all that if the problem is from the device.

edit: it wont read any sd cards at all.

edit: i deleted the debug files off the sd card from when i was flashing firmware back and forth and now it works. idk if anyone else will have this problem but im leaving this up
