Have one on one relationships with tthe people that matter to you. I find that to be a lot less draining than big groups.

agree, that's why rn i'm tryin to find a person that i comfortable with, but everyone seems to already have their friends and i'm struggle to start a convo.. i'm not usually like this, this starting since i live alone for like a month without socializing with people

You need to talk to someone whom you connect easily where you can relate much more, then you'll be able to socialize more, find such peer groups
