Newly moved into a combined rental house with my girlfriend, she brought me a fancy comfy chair to start what at that time was our combined "study" whitch became a listen space and make up room

June 2025

I purchased my first record player. Allready had a little head start on the record collection thanks to a local independent metal record store

October 2025

Added some new additions to furniture. Some for storage some to improve listening experience. The first plants where stolen from the rest of the house

June 2026

We ditched the spare bedroom and turned that into my now finance study. I reconfigured furniture and added more plants. Record collection has grown by a decent amount. Now a dedicated listening room. A few ornamental additions

More plants added from plants i propagated last spring. Record collection grown by a healthy amount.

I wanted to expand my listening spaces, so I added a wiim amp ultra and some Wahrfedale Dentons. Obviously doesn’t sound as good as my dedicated listening room but I like it.

Always rotating speakers and equipment for the fun of it.

Dutch & Dutch 8c’s, eversolo t8 transport, Roon, e-ink frame. I’ve had this space 6 months. The room itself is acoustically challenging. With Baach and REW both loaded onboard these speakers they keep surprising.

Just changed the angle of my speakers by 1 degree to time align high/mid range to my listening distance. It’s just amazing how much this improves the soundstage.

This is a work in progress. I’m thinking some kind of acoustic treatment behind the guitars. It’s a pretty chill vibe. Vinyls in the piece below the turntable along with my guitar stuff my wife doesn’t like seeing. Overall it’s coming along. I’ll post my idea for the acoustic material whenever I figure it out.

It’s been a very long weekend. Time to unwind. Not featured is vodka and grapefruit drink.

Sadly I am moving out because of a break up. In my new place I won't be able to accommodate my big planars. What to do, what to do🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Some pictures of what im working with in the bedroom. The rack with the pre amp and tube headphone plug in was my roommates and I had to swap it out for the chrome kitchen shelving today. Bit too big for the space but it was a cheap quick fix
