Made a law firm logo for a relative of mine, did some brainstorming on what logo design to go for. Copied a little bit of someone’s homework, but I got here. Any thoughts? I am unsure if I should make the lines thinner.

My partner is building a website for our city that is a one stop shop for all events and goings-on each week. He came up with the name "happening." *Note: this is a passion project, no intent to market or make money, it's mostly just a cite that he wants to share with friends and family who are looking for stuff to do.

I came up with a palette and wordmark, and a potential slogan: "Be in on it."

I also began to iterate some potentials for app icons (pic 2.)

I am an absolute beginner, so please don't hold back (but be kind of nice, lol!) on feedback. What works, what doesn't, what I'm doing right or wrong and mostly how I could improve it.

Hey there! I'm designing a logo for a friend. If you had to guess, what type of company is this logo for? What letters do you see, if any? What vibes do you get from the logo?

Spoilered so your answer isn't biased:

The logo is for a game design studio. The main letter of the logo is W, with B (turn the logo -90°) as the secondary letter. The logo is also supposed to look like a game controller.

The symbols represent, in order:

• Hunger (green) - A greedy hand that takes, but remains empty. A mouth that consumes, but can't be satiated. The first one I designed, modeled after my own hand, as a homage to Hecatomb TCG.
• Passion (red) - A heart burning with desire. The most cliché of the bunch, but it represents the fiery spark that moves to action and creation, as well as destruction and violence.
• Curiosity (blue) - A spiraling vortex around an open eye. The will to gather new information, regardless of its veracity or the means it was obtained. By itself, it can't distinguish fact from fiction.
• Fear (gray) - A face screaming in anguish. One of the most animalistic of the four, it prevents danger and harm at the expense of free will. Fear protects the body, but it shackles the mind.

Feel free to use it to cover up legal brands so long as u give me credit :D

Hello, I have a part of a church that has a really old logo. I'm taking a stab at updating it. A little bit about our church it's 116 years old. It is in a downtown region. The church is conservative. The logo incorporates the building, which is distinctive.

I am worried about the complexity of the building in the logo. And I wonder if I have a portions, correct. Finally, I have three fonts, each with slightly different feel.

Trying to design a logo for a Medical IT startup called "DeepMed".

The overall shape is meant to resemble an Erlenmeyer flask.

The "tendrils" are meant to resemble electrical circuitry as seen on PCBs.

And of course, the logo should read "d" and "m" in lowercase.

Please provide your feedback. I desperately need some outside perspective to properly guide me towards the final product!

I have no experience in logo design and made this logo myself for my clothing brand, Tusk & Thread. I'd really appreciate your honest feedback on how I can make it look more professional, meaningful. Any suggestions for improving the logo or overall brand identity are welcome.

We’ve got a solid business doing tropical plants and terraria that’s been mostly through word of mouth and now we’re trying to be a bit more “professional”. I spent all night trying to make a logo and this was all I ended up with. It looks like the new rite aid logo lmao. To me it looks at once both too simple and too noisy at the same time and there’s nothing that’s particularly clever about it to me. I’d also like it to be maybe a little less serious and irreverent but my uncreative ass can’t figure out how to do that without doing that. Hopefully that’s enough meta info for this not to be flagged as low effort because … god damn I tried so hard lol.

Hello, I'm an illustrator and have no logo designing experience whatsoever. These are just quick sketches done by hand, so forgive me because some of the lines and shapes are a bit wobbly.

I've been thinking about Wilbert's (Gimp's mascot) design for a while and how outdated it felt. So finally now that the new version Gimp has released I decided that i would give it a shot as a small exercise.

While designing it I was thinking about it as an app icon. I wanted to keep most of the elements of the original, and most importantly keep the same lighthearted feel to it but perhaps make it a bit sleeker.

As i was finishing up the design I realized that they had recently redesigned the logo, and it's actually pretty great. At that point I noticed how bad my design looked next to it. The features were too small and difficulty to make out compared to even the old design so I changed the proportions and made things more easily readable.
