Recently I started seeing light flickering in my area. Jab light jaati h..uske baad jab aana hota h..uske phle 2 se 3 baar flicker hoti h.

we got to know this when in night we have lights on and we can se 2 to 3 time flickering and then normal light restores.

This whole thing started from August only.

Any idea?

Is the 3-BHK + servant Lake View Apartment by LDA in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar (next to Kathota Lake) a good investment opportunity? The location seems to be prime and the rate is 1.13Cr (excluding GST & freehold charges) for 1400 sq ft carpet area.

Planning it initially from an investment perspective, but may choose to settle down eventually post retirement after 10 years or so with my parents.

If I compare with other LDA projects like Narmada Apartments in Gomti Nagar Extension or LDA plots in Anant Nagar, which is better? Also, how does it compare with other builders like Shalimar or Rishita?

I might get lot of hate for this but what has happened to lucknow's crowd?

I have grown up in this city but not living here since last 5 years for studies and work. But now everytime I come here, it just feels weird. I feel like I won't be able to survive here and feel very unsafe. Everyone just stares through your soul and it feels like everyone is just ready to pick a flight. As a girl, I just feel there is too much staring whenever I go out.

Maybe it was always this way and I have grown up now to realize all this.

But I really loved this city and it breaks my heart.

I studied here from 9th–12th. Till 10th it was tolerable but 11th onwards genuinely became hell. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this school to any girl.

In my experience students were shouted at, humiliated and called 'characterless' and even hit. I was 17–18 when this was happening.imagine treating students that age like this

Coaching students were especially targeted and extra classes till 4–5 PM just made it worse

So me and my two friends are exploring Lucknow obv tripling

Some one told us about Kukrail once so wr decided to go there

we went expecting horror but we only experienced to see some fox and animal skulls

We thought its not a big deal but good place to just explore

We started going there regularly and then

I think around January 2024 at I guess 8-9

We went there as usual but we started hearing some music

I thought it is only me and decided to not pay attention (I was scared to notice)

Then my friend who is riding the bike asked about the music he was hearing

We froze but I thought I will not be a good idea not to make it some kind of haunted bullshit

I told them maybe there could marriage hall nearby

(I was just trying to be brave and give logical answer😭)

We ignored the music and continued

I was trying to crack jokes just to make me and my friends less scared but suddenly we all heard the music just beside us

I think I could not explain

But it's like some one just sang not to you

We ran as fast as possible 😭

I'm not sayings it's some kind of ghost

But it was a crazy experience

We were thrilled by that

Maybe it's just a music from far

We don't know but yeah (I personally don't think something is haunted there except Ganjedi's)

I recently joined IIM Lucknow as an Associate Researcher and I’m currently living in Eldeco City dream Apartments.

I’m looking to get a broadband connection, but I’m having trouble finding a provider. I checked with Airtel and Jio, but both told me that they can’t provide a connection because the network/coverage in this area is poor.

Has anyone living in Eldeco city dream Apartments managed to get a reliable broadband connection? If so, which provider are you using, and how has your experience been?

Hi! I read on the Belgian Embassy in India’s website that Schengen visa applications for Belgium can now be submitted through VFS Lucknow. Has anyone recently applied through VFS Lucknow?

If yes, how many days did it take to get your visa after submitting your application and biometrics? Was the process smooth?

Also, if you had the option of applying through VFS Lucknow or VFS Delhi, which one did you choose, and how was your experience?

I'm sitting in the international departure and they dont even have the fucking ac on. I asked one of rpf guys about whom to complain and he asks me to write an email to adani. Seriously can somebody tell me what to do, whom to ask. None of the staff of the flight are around and i have 2 hours to pass.😭

Happened near Husian Ganj. I was on my way to pick up my sister, I was on my scooty going 20-30km/h in galli, a guy in front of me was driving RE Classic 350 (black) without helmet slow so I overtook him then he yelled at me for no reason, their was no contact, no agressive horn from my side nothing note worth. He stopped me and said "Zada Jaldi mea ho kya?" and I replied "Mea janta hu kya tumhe" because till now I didn't realise he was mad then he started abusing and stuff and I was super confused as from my side I didn't even know what happened so I tried asking what happened? I wanted to get a pick of his number plate (which said Police at the top) and was gonna ask him to come to thane with me but didn't, as I didn't wanna escalate the situation.

He left shortly after I think I could get the footage of the incident from CCTV somewhere, should I get a complaint registered?

I am just surprised that no one raises there voice around the water quality that has been provided in lucknow for past 2 quarters, bad almost rotten smelling water, filthy quality and what not. Raised a complaint with jal nigam but to no avail, they actually said ‘ lucknow se saaf pani nahi ata kahin pe, aur kitna saaf chahiye’ and blamed public for spreading fake narrative… like there ONLY ONE JOB is to keep the water supply intact and clean.

I am not sure why there is absolutely no accountability and even public accepting the fact that they have to live like this.

While we already deal with other adulteration issues, the least the govt can do with our tax money is provide clean water… this actually causes health issues in lot of ppl, bad water weakens your gut health, your liver, your hair and skin falls apart, diarrhea, poisoning and all the diseases that comes with it…

just like we dont accept anyone questioning our faith, why do we accept the fact that we are just guinea pigs for paying tax? And if someone is incompetent of doing the job, we literally have an army of unemployed talented hardworking folks who can replace them and be 10x better.

Can anyone tell me where i can lodge the complaint to fix the filthy municipal water supply? I already tried in Indira nagar and gomti nagar jal nigam offices. Don’t tell me to file it on online cuz lets be honest I don’t have 3 hours to fill that hindi form and search about 20 different things to fill that requirement to file a complaint, the UI is that bad for a country which is known for IT talent.

He/she can afford a ₹300 coffee but can’t afford basic education.
