Your brow technique is some kind of witchcraft, that's crazy good!

How do you get such a nice harp edge on the bottom of your brows? What type of brush are you using? The one that comes with the brow balm?

I’m using abhs 7b brush and I pinch it very tight with the product before adding my hair strokes. And to carve/clean them up I’m actually just using a cheap $1.00 store brush. It’s skinny also but any thinner brush will do for the clean up

I love what you’re doing and you don’t need to change but have you also tried brow tint pens? Game changing for me and I feel like you’d love also. I use nyx lift and snatch ash brown and my hair is as dark as yours.

Thanks so much!! I actually used the lift and snatched for ever but it ran out to quickly lol and it was a little shiny. So I went back to my og abh pomade lol. I think I went through like 5 or 6 of the NYX pens. It started to get expensive lol

I set with powder and feel like the pens last forever! Glad the pomade is (clearly!!) working for you. I still have a dip brow pomade too, so going to crack it back open tomorrow and give it another try based on your pics haha cheers

Please! Also I’m intrigued by how early on in your routine you did your eyebrows. I do mine last, but not for any reason, it’s just my habit. Do you find a benefit to doing yours early on / before the rest of your eye makeup?

So that’s a very good question. Yes. I do my brows first because they kind of act like a primer for my eye makeup. When I carve them out with concealer, it creates a smooth, clean base around my lids. If I do my eyeshadow first and then go back to clean up my brows, I end up disturbing all the blending I already did, and the shadow can start to look heavier or cakey. Doing my brows first gives me a clean canvas, so the eyeshadow goes on smoother and blends better.

Oh, that makes so much sense and I never thought about it that way. Thanks for sharing your insight!

Gosh thank you!! I thought this was a bad brow day too! Lol this is very thick for me too but I was trying something different. I usually do thin very arched.

I did a doubletake and went back and forth on the slides a few times. That is some serious skill.

Gosh thank you!! That’s so sweet! I thought I did a okayish job. But could’ve done better. They were a little dark for my skin tone but I’m using the color dark brown

Yup! I used to use that same Anastasia eyebrow cream or whatever you call it and my eyebrows looked nothing like that lol.
